Springtails? identify me? !!

They are all over outside in my back yard in every potted plant i have, i have done alot of research and only conclusion is that they are springs tails, now they have moved inside the house into my garden :sad:. They do not fly, they jump and live under the soil, no leaf damage or damage to the plant it self. If they are springtails then i over watered :?... Don't ask how i got it in the cup :clap:... save images to your pc and zoom in for better look...:shock:

Doesn't matter what they are, get some shit to nuke em....There is only 2 types of bugs you want around your ladies, ladybugs and spiders..
