sprouted seed quick question

How does my plant look is it over stretching or isit fine been 2daya since sprouted through coco thanks

Looks fine, if it stretches any more just bury it when u transplant.. Also move the light as close as u can without burning it.

Looks fine bro, your doing good. I wouldent worry about the stretching now. Like ebcrew said, when your transplant bury the stem a bit.

Thanks guys how much water should I be giving them I've currently been giving 2 or 3ml of water a day how much would u recommend

I water with a spray bottle when young. I go until the top layer is plenty wet, then I go some more.

Dab dry your stems after to prevent damping off

Looks good, if it's a cfl light i'd stick it real close to top and/or have a fan blowing around it if stretching too much.
I myself do both above and I sometimes use sum garden wire n make a U shape n bend stem,then pin into soil.. (mini lst ,if you like) - the tops bend up within a cple of hrs+stem strengthens too. Any combination til they're bigger will do.

Maybe just a v.small dose.but they lookn good as they are..Maybe wait another 4/5 days before a small feed.
What is the npk ratio in your feed.? What lights are u using for vegging etc.. hope this helps. Kp us posted as to how they get on.. Cheers.. happy growing.!

Ps. Still kp watering them too ,water water, feed ,water water, feed n so on..

Cheers mate I was just about to go in and feed them for the first time and noticed one of the plants has bent over what should I do got I've still got the 600w hps on it I recently started spraying them with water also could that be the cause

I think your 600w hps could be too hot for them..is this the only one that bent.? Why not get cfls to grow seedlings out, as they're cheaper to run, plus they do a great job.
How near/far from the tops is light.? I reckon too wet.!? Kp us updated n Let us know what you have done. Hope sum of this helps.
Ps. If foliar-feeding then best doing it 1st thing in morning ,so by time hps has heated up ,the heat shouldn't be a problem. If you've NO nutes in medium ,then give them abt an 8th of a dose.. v.small dose.( but let medium dry a bit after each watering/feeding). Happy growing.!
