sprouts falling over

i have sprouts that fall over is from over watering my lights are about 3 inch away from plants and when can i add nutrients

you are not over watering you are baking them, move the lights up about 20 to 24 inches away and see if they recover, they are prolly toast

now are those lights 400 watt equivalent or actual 400 watts? Because if they were actual 400 watts your sprouts would be dust by now.

Yes but are they actual watts or equivalent watts? It should say on the bulb.

, 1 daylite 6500k, 1 cool white color 4100k, 1 warm white color 3000k. and all 3 are 400 watts. each one is 5000 lumens

umm.. I don't think you're understanding my question but that's o.k..

Are the stems on your plants really long?
