sprouts growing sideways and low?

ive got 2 spouts (out of a total 7) that have almost totally layed down and are growing sideways like this. why are they doing this?

i was thiking at first maybe too much heat, it was almost 30C in my little box. maybe genetics? i planted from two different kinds of seeds, one might have been pollinated by a hermi. could this do it?

maybe lights are too close??

also i should add, they are not resting on the ground. the stem is easily holding them up. they arent touching the ground, they are just all low and sideways. i also thought it could be becuase i have 7 cfls randomly placed over head. maybe it doesnt know where to reach ??

Christ, man ...you only posted this question 40min. ago! Have some patience.
How far away are your lights? If anything it sounds like your lights are too far away and your seedlings are stretching.
Do you have a fan running in order to strengthen the stems as well?

Always helps to submit a photo of the problem. Any diagnosis without a visual...on any site...would just be a guess.
