sprouts leaves pointing down with little discoloration (light green)

so i made the dumb mistake of starting with rockwool cubes.
they are now in solo hempy cups. (soiless medium) consisting of perlite, and vermiculite.

its hard for me to tell if they are over watered or underwatered. the hempy method is supposed to help me not overwater them but the rockwool cube stays saturated and really screws me.. i was watering like once a day but im gonna try to go 2 days as i think i need to let that rockwool cube inside get dry.

i try to maintain a ph of 5.8 and right now im using my mh 600w about 20 inches away maybe? sprouts are just over a week old. any ideas to what the problem would be would be helpful. I know its to early for nutes.. i just dont know what to do.
please help.

but i have read that hempys need to be watered every day in the earlier stages because they dont retain much water..

ill see what i can do about the light, and hold off on watering for a bit.
