Are they all coming from the same plant or all of them? I had a plant throw nanners last time round. I kept plucking the suckers out and had no issues. If anything it was nearly stronger than the other plants to smoke lol

Only found some on 2 or 3 of them. My last 4 runs have had nanners but only one grow had seeds. Im sick of them at this stage. After my Gorilla Bomb im going to switch to Regular seeds instead of feminised and see how i get on from there

I would double check the environment just to be safe. Nanners and hermies can be caused from hormonal stress. Check for light leaks and root problems. It could very well be genetics as fem seeds are known for it but if it’s happened with 4 different grows id check other variables. Did all the strains come from the same seed company?

Ive gone over everything and the environment is fine. Temps in check. No light leaks as room is completely blacked out. If it was roots the plants themselves would have other tell tale signs before herming. All from different seed companies. The first time it happened it was a light leak but that problem has been fixed or so i thought.

Yeah go for some regulars then. That sucks. Have you ever bought from Attiude seeds? They give loads of freebies when you buy a 10 pack or more of regulars. Usually give you 10 extra from the same breeder. I bought 10 agent orange from tga subcool and got 10 free galactic jack. Pay by bank transfer and they throw in more :blsmoke:

Never bought from attitude. I find their discreet shipping very pricey. I have my eye on a few Breeders Boutique seeds. 10 regs for 40 euro including shipping and they throw in serious freebies

40 days into flower today.

Backed off to 40% strength nutes along with 0.5ml/ litre of calmag.

So yesterday i confirmed that only two plants hermed. Pick 2 or 3 bananas in total yesterday. Today i only found one. Hopefully no plants were polinated. Only time will tell.

The two back plants are the hermed ones.

44 days into flower today

Found no full nanners but had cut off 2 small bits that looked like nanners popping out. I could be wrong but just to be on the safe side lol.

Girls are really starting to pack on the weight and the smell is divine.

The plants are definitely looking better now than they were early on, nice job man.

A couple of tidbits I'll share that I've picked up along the way...

  • Run the PK13/14 a bit earlier than you are now. I recommend hitting them with it right around week 5 instead of week 7 or 8.
  • After the cotyledons grow out and your first set of true leaves appear, don't be afraid to water the plants at .8 - .9 EC if you're in coco. Somewhere around 5ML/gallon of each A&B will get you in that range. I was noticing the plants weren't doing too well early on and that was simply because they weren't getting enough food.
  • Defoliation can be a touchy subject on RIU but defoliating leaves isn't as bad as some make it out to be. I understand the concept of keeping the 'solar panels' on the plant for photosynthesis, but I've found there to be a happy balance between tucking fan leaves and stripping them off altogether. I've personally found myself defoliating more nowadays than ever before. I encourage you to look into grandmasterlevel, you can find him on youtube. Watch what he does.

Your plants should have a little more stretch to them and depth of cola.
With a 600 watt HPS you should be killing it. Like three pounds a run or so with just a medium producer.
I like the 600 a lot.

3lb's a run with a 600w light? That's 1344 grams (2.24 grams per watt). I don't believe that for one minute.

If EVERYTHING was dialed in and the grower was supplementing CO2... plus growing out a high yielding strain that they're familiar with, then yes 3lbs could be achievable with a 1000w HPS. But a 600w? No way Jose.
