Shit, i don't even concider it a grow till 3 weeks when i top and trainI freaking hate germination.
At some point I hope to have actual living plants to share and talk about, poke fun at and laugh at lol.
one of the many perks of a good staggered grow is once it’s established there’s always some sorta action to look at and talk about.
Thank you lol!Shit, i don't even concider it a grow till 3 weeks when i top and train
I'm going the opposite directionI’m gonna ramble for a bit while i wait for damnable seeds to pop….
I am currently flowering a couple of photos, they’re part of what wrecked a beautiful staggered grow I had going that started in January of last year.
I like them, they’ve been easy to grow, but I cannot stand having to flip the light cycle.
I have been growing in a staggered fashion since I started a couple years ago.
dropped a white widow auto from seedsman and 3 weeks later dropped a gorilla blue auto from advanced seeds.
it’s been fairly constant since, until the end of last year, beginning of this year.
I just had to try my hand at a couple of photos lol.
id surely love to get to a point some day where I could run fields of both but I think once these 2 are done I’m back on the full time auto train lol.

I was thinking autos were going to be perfect for me... So I invested in a ton of seeds. Then my first couple of grows had issues... I panicked. Started buying up photo seeds. I figured I was just horrible with autos and I'd have to do photos. Well this grow I managed to recover... And I'm pretty happy with how my autos are looking. I'm super excited to see how much I harvest. And I'm confident my next auto grow will be much better than this one even was. So now I'm not sure what to do with these photos. I may run some in another tent next winter and see if I can do a scrog. Or I'll just run a bunch of them in smaller pots with not a lot of veg time.I’m gonna ramble for a bit while i wait for damnable seeds to pop….

Photos for summer when you need 12 hours of dark to combat heat, autos in winter when you go 24/0 to help from the cold.I was thinking autos were going to be perfect for me... I don't know if I am going to do a summer run this year. I have a lot of friends and family that will be here this summer and they will want a tour of the new house... Maybe next year. But I can track my heat and humidity levels in the basement this summer. I also need to start partitioning out rooms... But I guess I also need to decide if I'm running any wiring in the exterior walls or just the interior partition walls.Photos for summer when you need 12 hours of dark to combat heat, autos in winter when you go 24/0 to help from the cold.
Why not start them in a solo with seed starter mix / mild potting that way the emerging tap root can root out more openly …. Then transplant as a more hardy plant ( plug ).Terrible pic of the first signs of life, yeehaw. Im hoping the 2 showing will break ground fully by the end of the day, and I wouldn’t mind if the other 2 want to join the party.
my plan of attack is to plant the best 2 in 4gal pots and if the other 2 look alright I might keep them in some 1gal pots for a ride along. View attachment 5099256
I use the peat pellets but I use the ones meant for tomato plants. They are literally like twice the size of the normal ones. Then once they sprout, I plant them in their final pots. I don't wait to see a tap root. I'm not looking to stunt their growth. If I want to keep the humidity high for a while longer I'll put a dome over them.... Or a clear plastic cup for a few more days. Why not start them in a solo with seed starter mix / mild potting that way the emerging tap root can root out more openly …. Hate those god damn jiffy plugs / pellets
