I would consider the other direction,regarding amps. I would go with lower amps. I would drive the COB's at 8- 50W max 25W min, each for 400w max 200w min. total With the low ceiling, I would look to drive higher lumens and lower watts. Perhaps consider using a hlg-185H-C700B (200w max, 700mA constant) with 4- CXb3590 72v, 3500/5000K would be real nice 200w dimmable to 100w, times two units would be a total of 400w dimabe to 200w. you would like that most. I drive my COB's softer, or lower watts, and get higher efficiency, lower power (watts) great response from plants. Don't forget Royal Blue SemiLed diodes 12ea with a lpc-60-1000 driver for Veg and 12 Far Red SemiLed diodes with an lpc-35-700 driver for Bloom. two 1400mm pc fans with a 12/12 1w driver for fans, and two 36" x 5.88" heats sinks would be sweet. peace
