Stalled during mid flower

Hi all
I think I have a problem..
All three of my girls have stopped developing for the past week or so
I’m like 7 weeks in and with one all pistils have gone brown at once (Bubba) the second (LSD) stopped with popcorn nugets and the third (GSC) is just now starting to slow down
I might have had a bit too high PH and too much N (shitty Canna) but for past two weeks it should be ok
Also I had thrips which I controlled by drench as recommended by the grow shop and bit too low temps (min 15 C during light hours)
I have checked for Hermies and didn’t find
They are still drinking and the EC of the runoff is monitored
Should I flush?!

Could it be mold? I did find few spots that were completely moldy. Also the color of the pistils does look kinda suspicious don’t you think??

Too much N - what light u got? 250w?

For the temp shift
Ok so it’s definitely mold- I see purpling on the top of the buds and black spores on the leaves
I’m drying the grow room plus extra vent plus increasing light power (I’m using 200W Cree cob)

How about UV lamp? Will it help
I saw that the Cree Cob has no UV spectrum in so it might be beneficial anyway..

If the temps are 15 degrees C during lights on your temps are way too low. It's even lower with the lights off. This will slow growth to a stand still depending on genetics and they will purple out on you.

Whats your humidity looking like with lights on and off? If the humidity is spiking with lights off combined with low temps that's a cause for mold as well.

Most likely the slow growth is a temperature issue. You want a minimum of 65 degrees (18 celsius ? ) for good growth. Ideally 70-80 degrees (21 -26 C).

Now temps are at around 24C during light and 18 during dark
I see more and more bud rot
My question would be to buy a UV lamp or to give it up??

I know some guys make hash with it but don’t smoke that shit (the buds that is)
