Stand up to the Government! are you with me?

When you think about it, California has been kicking ass in the weed business LONG before 215. There's still a HUGE black market in place. They could close every single dispensary tomorrow, and I promise, not one person will go without their weed. I have all my old black market contacts, as does most of you guys. Whatever hapens, I'm still growing. Our collective sells mostly to dispensaries, as well as our direct members. But, I was in this game for many years before it was legal to do so, and plan on going on for many more years. Shit, if we go black market again, it will save me a ton in attorney's fees and paperwork. I have old friends calling all the time begging me to sell them 5 packs...like to good ol days. I turn them down because we're trying to stay compliant with Cali law and do the right thing for the cause. But, if the California Government wants to just piss their pants evertime the Feds hold a press conference, why should we try and stay compliant? It's the state and Local governments that will lose if they allow the feds to shut down legal MMJ...not the growers and the smokers. We're going to eep on growing and keep on smoking. The only difference is the state and local governments will no longer get their cut. Why the fuck isn't the City of Oakland helping Steve DeAngelo fight the IRS over this bullshit? Why doesn't are Governer grow a pair and tell the Feds about State's Rights? If the State and Local Governments want to continue to get their cut off of MMJ, they better get off their fat asses and lead the charge against the Feds. Cause, honestly, I could give a fuck. I made a buttload more money prior to 215, and the end-user price was the same if not cheaper.

actually you are allowed to brew your own beer. but if you decide to sell any, you need a liqour license or some type of permit. most people dont brew their own because buying a 40 from a liquor store is so cheap. if it was 15 bucks a bottle, more people would brew at home.
now, mj is pretty damn expensive, so we have a lot of people growing their own. i think if it were to become fully legalized, prices would dramatically fall over the next few years, and so would the number of personal growers. it would be so cheap, there is less incentive to grow your own. just like apples, tomatoes, lettuce, etc. are today. most people dont grow their own because its easier to just buy it.
