you should try feeding less and tapering down instead of depriving the root zone. How was your weed burning before flushing? The brand of nutrients doesnt mean much, they all do the same thing. His weed was either fed improperly or dried/cured improperly the same thing could easily happen to you, actually it might be since you flush your harvest.
Flushing is a band-aid fix for overfed/toxic plants nothng more nothing less. Ironically you have a name captain organic lol

I have seen many feeding schedule's they all have a pre harvest flush period. Every book I own says to pre harvest flush I have been doing this a long time maybe my method is wrong but my plants are green till the end. I grow in dwc drip buckets. I was using organics and feeding to the end general organics It seemed to me that the weed would not even dry out properly.

What do you mean dry out properly? flushed then harvested weed dries quicker. You cannot use the same dry & cure method as un-flushed weed not without a hygrometer or it will fool you into thinking you fucked up the harvest.

Your weed doesn't dry out properly because u didn't flush .. it doesn't dry out properly because u eather have it all bunched up in a humid environment and not having sufficient air flow optimal humidity and temp and complete darkness or your to impatient and don't understand that u have to let it dry nice and slow under optimal conditions and let's not forget the proper cure..your weed probably smells like hay and is harsh to the throat. Stop flushing listen to what we say if your ec is at 2.0 about 2 weeks before your projected harvest date then start gradually lowering the e.c day by day ...2.0 - 1.9 - 1.8 gradual decrease some people do it a little quicker I like it slow my e.c is somewhere in the 0.4 to 0.6 before my harvest depending on the original e.c measurement before the decrease if it was higher like 2.2 or on the account that I notice that an early harvest is inevitable due to thrichome development and maturety

Looks very very nice indeed,are you feeding through the coco or via the root system,What i mean by that is i use auto pot's,so the only time nutrients go through the coco is when the plant's are very young clone's for about a week till the root system hit the bottom of the pot's.
Once the root's reach the pot bottom's then the roots are just in a small amount of feed with a air ring bubbling the stuff,When using a method like this then i say a 7 day flush is fine,If you are feeding the coco then i would go with 14 day flush,for the reason that the coco will hold nutrients,

Any u-k grower that has got the original uk cheese will tell you now that big buddah have not got the true luton cheese cut,Don't get me wrong this plant look's amazing ,but it look's nothing like the true cut of cheese,i think that the nearest you are going to get to the real edam is greenhouse seeds exodus,and that is still not it smell wise or taste,but look wise during flowering its has near has there is.
And funny enuf,is greenhouse seeds cheese was a gift from mikes big buddah,its a shame that the real cheese cut is not around its just getting more and more diluted has the years go by,I did motivation about 3/4 year ago and the plant you are doing look's so much like that strain,that is wicked by the way if you are looking for a next set seed.
Send us a 1/4 of it i need to sample it to check see if it is cheesy lol yummy

Because they want you to buy their "flush" products, which are all total bullshit.
NEVER FLUSH. Feed to the end. Don't half ass your trimming and curing either.

Interesting,,, I'll have to look into those,,. Always keen to try new ways to improve,was thinking of having a crack at DWC.
coco can be forgiving and so far no worries but keen to try something different and compare results.

I've been using a real basic coco/ perlite, roughly 70/30 mix and just a simple spaghetti tubing with drippers on timers, run to waste.
Took some advise on tapering down the nutes but I'm thinking maybe the last few days give it a good soaking of plain Ph hopefully it turns out ok and after a decent dry/cure ect but do you give it lights out for a couple days befor chop?

High Times says Flush Jorges Cervantes says to flush advances nutrients the worlds leading producer of marijuana only fertilizer and their team of scientists and doctors say flush. Every medical dispencery has to flush. My 10 plus years exp says Flush. If you don't Flush you will never taste medical grade clean burning weed.

Ask r.j reynolds if they "flush" their tobacco fields before harvest...please name one other crop that gets "flushed" before harvest.This is some bullshit cooked up because stoners cant seem to not overfeed their plants all to hell.Stop growing toxic plants and dry/cure them properly.

As I said all the medical Marijuana dispensary's Flush and also wash the product before it can be considered medical. I have been reading High Times for 25 years growing over twenty I feed my plants six weeks flush the last two I pull over 2lbs per 1000 watt of clean burning nice tasting smoke. You guys that don't flush are missing out and until I see some of your names on the cover of a grow book I will carry on listening to the pros.

Most dispensaries don't even cure their buds. So what's that tell you?
You realize the commercial grows that supply most of those dispensaries do a 5-7 day dry and send it right out to the dispensaries right? No curing, just accelerated drying.
You call them "pros", I call them typical business corporate types that are solely focused on growing quantity, not quality.
