Plants are in veg and I noticed 2 lower leaves on one plant look to have mildew on them. But not sure if I’m just freaking out and it’s dried from dunking the clones in Spinosad before transplant. Couldn’t find it anywhere else in the entire garden. Any advice appreciated. Last pics are magnified.

That sure looks like WPM and now that you have it it’s going to be a battle to get them to the finish line but since your in VEG it’s a little easier but you need to get your environmental figured out and dialed in because if you got it in VEG flower won’t be good.
Many ways to deal with it just do some searching how to get rid of it

Looks more like residue than powdery mildew to me. Not fuzzy enough and also the way it's spread on the leaves. I vote residue.

Yeah I saw it 2 weeks ago when I transplanted on one leaf and assume it would have spread more than this in that time. But I hate the unknown of this shit

It does look a little funky but it’s something not good. Looks like some mold there for sure but also looks like residue under it.
