Started using colloidal silver 26 Aug on a OG Kush

I've been applying 50ppm of colloidal silver to one of the lower branches of a plant I'm growing. I applied silver to the branch once a day for 10 days until half the branch died and fell off. So, I'm thinking 50ppm is more than enough. Anyway, a few days later this is what I have.View attachment 2817421

Definitely stoked when I found out about this, and now I have no problem paying $10-$20 per seed because I know I can turn that into 300 pretty easily :)

I've been spraying Blue Dream with 150-500PPM and the bitch won't turn......... 3 weeks later... STILL NOTHING. She's not dying though. some strains take to the silver differently. some die some don't....

Stew, you might be giving too much CS for the girl to turn. You should treat CS like nutrients. Give too little or too much and it won't do anything.

Try 50-100 brotha. It might work out a little better for ya.
But you're right on that note. Different strains react differently to CS. Some will die off after the first application and some will just never turn. I've noticed that heavy sativas herm a lot faster than indicas though...

Just made up a 50PPM. gonna use that on the 3rd clone attempt...... and on the Cotton Candy and Blue Thai clones. just in case i can't get anything from the Blue Dream.
Thanks bro.

This guy right here wants to see the end result, some fem seeds En Masse.
Been thinking about CS for a bit, especially when it came time to cull the males/herms.
And even more lately just having gone 0-5 on a pack or beans, wasting 50$.
Lets see what shakes looks, pollen chucks.

yeah, that's what i wanted. Now I need to figure out if I want to harvest the pollen or let the plant do its thing. Any suggestions?

well, what I would do is harvest the pollen and selectively pollinate a branch or two on the same plant. That should give you quite a few seeds...and you'd have plenty of non-seeded pot to smoke!

I use 17ppm CS and it works well. Selectively pollinate a few buds. I usually get about 30 seeds per pollinated bud. Good luck....
