How close are your lights? That looks stretchy man, you can get away with having the bulb like and inch or two away from her as light intensity drops dramatically with distance and they don't get very hot anyway. I'd be tempted to use this opportunity to tye it down like that, Bury as much as you can with fresh soil and begin lst. But mainly the light thing. Stronger light = less stretch

Being tied down will encourage side growth leading to a bushier plant, this is a good thing. If the plant isn't getting the light it needs it will stretch in an attempt to reach stronger light, that's what's happened here, a closer light = brighter light = less stretch = stronger plant. Good luck man

Do you have a fan on it? If you dont, get a small desk fan the breeze will tough'n up the cells in the stem strengthing it,,, dont blow it directly on the baby

Do you have fan around blow'n? A small desk fan lightly blowing around it will strengthen the stem by trigger denser cell growth
