Starting first DWC Need help

here is an update im on my fith week of 12/12 the buds r really starting to fatten up a bit:hump: i been having to add about a gallon of water on wed:o to make it till sunday water change im giving here 1/2 stranth nut but will add more next water change:joint: i just want to say thanx to everyone that has helped me on this grow so far still have a bit to go so any help or advise is welcomed:joint::weed:here ar a few pic as of today106_4592.jpg106_4594.jpg106_4591.jpg106_4596.jpg106_4595.jpg106_4590.jpg
 
hell yeah tito, those girls look awesome, way to go. what strain are they? the long skinny leaves look like a sativa stain, real nice any ways.

:weed:here is another update im going to do my weekly water change so i decided to take a few pic:joint:. i was also hoping someone could tell me about how may more weeks my big girl has left:confused:(she will be flowering for 6 weeks in a few days). i also have 2 clones i got from this grow:hump: that i just top one at about the 5th nod106_4608.jpg the other at the 3rd . ill put them to flower as soon as this one is done:joint: i realy want to try it. i need help i dont know when to start flushing thanx everyone keep growing106_4616.jpg106_4618.jpg106_4613.jpg106_4614.jpg106_4615.jpg106_4617.jpg

She is definitely not done.
Willing to say she will pack it on some more in the next 2 weeks.
Check the trichomes. You want most (90%+) to at least be milky in color. The more amber trichs, the more body-stone. More milky, more heady.
More than 50% amber and the THC starts to degrade.
When the trichomes are NEAR your liking, begin to flush. How long is up to the grower. I always go 7+ days.

thanx flo grow i have :confused: when u say 2 weeks is that 2 weeks n she might be done or 2 weeks then start the fush:confused:
 
hey flo, what do think about leaving the lights off for 24 or 48 hours right before you pick the buds? i didnt do it on my last grow but im thinking about doing it on my current which should be ready in a week or so. have you done this to help produce more resin right at the end? this should help you out to tito.

I have done it at times and I noticed a difference.
The way I did it was:
If I normally had to water every 3 days, I cut the lights on day 4 after the last flush and leave them off for 2 days.
Don't leave the soil moist. I make them use all the moisture, then cut the lights when they think they're about to drink (i.e. on day 4).
Dry soil makes them pump out trichs as a defense also.

Now for hydro, I don't know if cutting the lights off will help.

do u think if i let the water almost run out n cut the lights should be the same right???
 
so i got the seeds i from nirvana i should say i got then in 8 day :lol:i ordered white widow female n got afree new york power d female to awsome i put 2 ww n 2 nypd in paper towl 24 hours later n all 4 have roots :lol: im goin to try n keep one of each as a mother but that would mean more room have to wait for the ok from the boss;-) she has the final say in the matter ill b extera nice to her this week:lol:

yea i hope every thing gose as planed im going to grow one of each in soil just for kicks:weed: havent done this 4 awail so concord ill need some help:bigjoint: thanx brobongsmilie
