Sorry, this might sound confusing to some as you state it could use more nitrogen and to take care of that, then state you shouldn't give it a lot of nitrogen in flowering. He is already in flowering.

To clear this up a bit, not it a rude way.

Usually need more nitrogen in the vegetative stage, and then more potassium and phosphorus in the flowering stage. As I'm assuming you have not got any nutrients yet, you might be seeing a bit of a nitrogen deficiency. You will most probably lack potassium and phosphorus from now, maybe see if you can find something to feed it at a garden store, just because you can't get any proper nutrients doesn't mean you can't feed it.

I've seen some pretty nice results from people that use just blood and bone, maybe you should try that in the liquid form that you dilute in water, they sell it at most places, although it smells rank. This might not be a solution for you at this stage, although maybe it's something that could help.

Your plants look over-all healthy though, a lot more perkier now. Looks like your watering a bit better.

As for the hermie question. Yes you will get bud, but I personally would get rid of it and start again.
