Starting over

Hey guys, its been a long time since ive been on here or grown but im starting to get back into it. I started these seedling nine days ago from bag seeds and I'd love some feedback. Im using happy frog soil and a mix of cool white and warm white cfls. They haven't had any nutrients but im a little concerned about the shape of the leafs. Any feedback would be greatly appreciate!.

They look a little sick. Looks like your temps are too cold by the leaves. I may be wrong though but just going by what I see. Maybe a little over watered. Put something under the cups so they don't sit in runoff water after you water them cause its the same as having no drain holes in your cups . Good Luck my friend
