Starting to bud.

I have my first female and she is just starting to bud. I was just wondering what an optimal environment would be. Like humidity, temp etc... And if I should start using some sort of bloom booster or fret. Anything helps, thanks!!

temp 25-29*C
hum 40% or lower for flower.

Could go with a flower fert.

I am having trouble keeping the humidity below 60, what should I do to lower it?

Better air circulation.
Do you have fresh air in an exit. fans help and opening a window if you can.
By a dehumidifier?...

Yea a good exhaust fan will probably help drop that a little..
