Starting To Flower, Or Really Close

Here are some pics of my plants, as the pistils are starting to develop. I started with 6, had 1 not survive, and then there 5. Those 5, 3 showed male, and then there were 2 :)

The first 3 pics are of the smaller of my 2 plants, and the last 2 are of the bigger plant. I will try to get full size pictures soon.

BTW, this is my first grow, from bagseed, and was wondering what ya'll think it as? Indica or Sativa dominant?

looks about 50/50 to me ... but what do i know ... but sounds like u had better luck than me ... i had 12 deer ate all but 5 ... 1 died , 3 were male ... my second smallest was only female...

definately indica dominant hence the broad leafes, and about your pistils, aint sure about flowering time, but expect at this state that max. 2-3 weeks then they will bud up.

Here are some updated pics of one of my plants. It is actually the smaller/younger of the two plants.

My bigger/older plant show very little if any pistil development. Any idea why that could be? The last 2 pics are the older plant.

A quick question. How much does adding molasses help? Lets say a plant was going to produce 2oz naturally, how much additional mass could be added by using molasses?

Buddha61 looking good I hate to ask or do not want you to think I am being nosie what part of the country are you in as from my profile you can what diretion we are in. Have one about the same size as yours and preflowers are same size. Figure I have until about mid oct. Going to try to re-veg for clones so I will hav all female sorry no pic. What strain are you growing? Good luck

I was thinking the same thing craca I thought I would try it this year. Do you use if so how much per gal I had some sorghum molasses and some bat guano 0-7-0 I use 1 tablespoon of mol & 2 tablespoons of guano per 1/2 gallon of water

I am in Ohio. I just have some bagseed growing. Nothing special. Yours is the same as my first or second one? I have to assume the second one since the first one is past the preflowering stage.

I am starting to get some trichrome development on my smaller plant, and finally some pistils starting on my bigger plant. :)

Two of my NPPs look just like yours- very little if any pistil development. I'm curious as to why this might be also.

Pictures are worth a thousand words, or a few on a forum ;)

The first 3 are from the plant that is been flowering longer.

The second 3 are from the larger plant that is a little behind the first plant.

Very Nice. Sure beat my girl in terms of time it took to get semi-plump buds sites. My girl is still growing upwards creating nodes and bud sites at smaller and smaller intervals , its quite cool to watch.

Well anyways looking great should be a sweet harvest.

Looking good in OH, mine is probably about 2/3 days behind yours on the budding, got a mean weekend coming up and rain in the forecaest from the 11th to the 18th, total bummer, gotta love outdoor though! I'm not using molasses but Raw Coarse Cane Sugar dissolved in water with nutes, I couldn't find Molasses as I'm in Northern Italy so I substituted it with the cane sugare (not classic brown sugar) molasses production seems to refine and skim off some of the carbs and a lot of the nutrients, that's why it so cheap, just dark goo I guess, hope mine catches up to yours even with adverse weather!

I have not used anything on these. No fertilizers, no molasseses or anything. All natural :) I am considering molasseses though.

The flowering pics are from my plant that is further along and closer to a harvest.

I harvested 2 branches yesterday, and found a little budrot in one of the buds, so not sure what to do about the rest yet. Let it go a little longer, or try to harvest now. It looked like all the trichromes were at least cloudy, and a few amber, so I think that it is at least harvestable now. It is about 6-7 weeks from first pistil development.

Here are some pics, and pics of the 2 branches I harvested. They were very sticky too.
