Starting to get worried about Nirvana here....

Well, I am now well into my 5th week since my order reached it's final step.

Each and every day I check my mail, just giddy with anticipation, hoping to see a package from far, far, away.

Yet, everyday leads to more and more disappointment. I might have to start Prozac soon.

No customs letter, nothing at all. I sent an email awhile back, heard nothing in return.

At this point, I'd love to see a customs letter, shredded package, anything at this point. Just to know my babies didn't vanish into some evil alternate dimension.

What's going on Nirvana?!

Wish I could give you some words of comfort, but it doesn’t sound like a good deal to me.

I did enjoy the way you described your anticipation. I just went thru the same thing after 15 days of waiting.

I’m all better now tho!

I ordered there out of respect and support for this board. I may not be a very active poster, however RIU has been and endless river of information that assisted me on making my decisions for growing.

I tend to heavily believe in the, "scratch my back I'll scratch yours" way of doing things. RIU treated me well and I purchased from Nirvana to show my support and appreciation for them doing what they do.

My biggest quandary is, when I login to my Nirvana account and try to peek at my order history, why do I see, "Temporary unavailable"?

Now, I can understand servers, database issues and the like...However, this isn't a one time issue they might be having today. The, "Temporary unavailable" sign has been laughing at me for several weeks now.

man, you have to trust people on the board more then anything

i used dr cronic and bd seed king

now i just get seeds from local sellers

but everything worked out withen 9 days

Well, see...When I originally did my research a few months ago. I couldn't really find anything negative about Nirvana. Most people seemed happy. Even a friend of mine ordered with no issues, so I felt fairly safe. Now the tune has changed and I am starting to see quite a few complains.

Maybe I overlooked those previously, but I know there were not NEAR as many complaints as I am seeing now.

there could be many reasons why your order has not made it to you

but when an order is sent out ..it is no longer in our control
so what do you want us to tell you ?

Order History has been disabled ...because our new site & community
will be up & running soon "a preview is available on our site "

so because we run our own servers...there is alot of data transferring to do
& thats why there is no Order History

customers receive Order Status emails anyways
that are exactly as Account Order History

to ensure that you are receiving Order Status Reports & Newsletters
make sure they are not going into the spam folder ;o)

Thanks for replying. This says a lot about a company...Good things!

I understand there is a *risk* involved with ordering, anyone who doesn't is insane. I'm not really here to "complain" but to just try and get information.

However, I'm not positive on how the operation works nor the time it takes. I have a general idea, which is why I waited until 5 weeks past to ask.

Based on that fact that you know your company and what is "most likely" to happen throughout the delivery procedure. Do you feel it a crap shoot at this point? Should I order more seeds or do you think I need to be patient a little while longer?

I'm more worried about the delay than the money, LOL. I'm just itchin' to get started.

Please advise.

Hi PHRog ...well our shipping is estimated at 2-3 weeks
sometimes there are delays & it can take longer ...or even sooner

that really depends on your countries mail service

but how long has it been now 5 weeks ?

we will work it out

say in the subject line that you are PHRog so i know its you

oh & make sure your support email is sent with your nirvana account email
that you ordered with ...or else the order cant be verified

dude i literally had the exact same situation. everyday i thought they would come and every day they didnt. I emailed and didnt get a response for two weeks. Now its into week 5 and i finally got them today. so hang tight man i gave up hope and they still came, just a lot longer then they said they would.
