I got my order from them within 5 days! Also all seeds popped. You should gave done your research on what breeders you bought from and genetics.
Did you not read my post......................I told them the truth of me ordering just because of the 10 fem dinafem seed promo, it showed on my receipt and now because of their fuck up(they don't have any of the dinafem promo seeds left even though I ordered as soon as the promo started on 10/1 they will give me they seeds they owe me if I order again...........................does that make good business sense to you as a consumer?I've had several orders from attitude....all good, no probs with any seeds....90% germ....attitude is a stand up seed distributor .....if you're straight up with them, they will be straight up with you.
With the way you see things,youre beter off buying directly from the breeder.Not a bank.All they do is supply the beans prepackaged by the breeders.So in reality,a bank isn't responsible at all for any genetic flaws or strain mismatch.Banks are pure sellers,not breeders.Seedbanks are onley responsible for boxing the prepackaged beans(from the breeders) & anything shiping related.I ordered 2 varieties from attitude. KC Brains 42 and AK-48 from Nirvana.
And I recieved a couple supposed bonus seeds.
Every seed sent to me was tiny and looked exactly the same even though they supposedly came from 3 different sources.
They produced nothing but scrawny leggy sativas, that you might find along a Kansas highway. No smell, bad internodal spacing, tiny buds.
I have been growing 35 years. Not a rookie.
I always had good luck with Canadian sources and wish Stairway to heaven was still operating.
Trust me my friend, I am one who believes in being kind and peaceful to resolve things not anger and hatred.It would be nice to see the email's between anyone with a problem & the seed company (names blacked out of course)
I run a rather large company (revenues in the 10's of millions) & I know a bit about customer service. I can't see anyone in business acting the way people are saying Attitude is acting.
If there was one customer service rep that was causing issues I would think you would simply request to deal with someone else or go above them or what ever. Now if they made an honest mistake or something went wrong & the client went off on them I could then understand being aggressive back. Once you get to that stage the customer is gone forever so they may just say fark it.
It has been my experience that a customer dealing with a company in a happy manor when things go wrong will get you much further that freaking out. It's easier to find a new customer that to find a new employee so, with me anyways, if a client get belligerent with one of my people, the client if hung up on or written off until they come back civil.
Agreed i have purchased from attitude 4 times. All were fast and easy. GO WITH A MORE KNOWN BREEDER MABY NEXT TIME OR WAIT FOR A GOOD FREEBIE DEAL i just got 10 dinafem Bluewidow and Critical + for free along with Pineapple Express and Kandy KushWow what a shock, the shit seeds from a shit breeder produced shit plants.
Next time but gear from a real breeder,
