I have responded to Dass and will respond to anyone who has a genuine problem, my door is open I have given you my private email address and I answer PM's.

I want everyone in the USA to remember that we have had back to back holidays here in the UK, everything effectively shut down for 2 weeks, we had 3 working days to answer 2 weeks of emails and we get minimum 300 emails a day, as you can imagine that is a lot of emails. It takes time there is only so many hours in the day do the multiples, 1 email answered every minute is 300 minutes. Thats without having to go looking around the warehouses, track down alternative products, deal with the emails from previous customers that respond to our emails. Soon adds up to a lot of emails.

If you dont get a response rest assured you will get a response, and if you dont then email me! I will respond ;-) as its my personal email getting less than 300 emails a day,

I don't get it James. Why isn't any other seedbank having all of these problems? Sorry but I don't buy it and hopefully others don't either. It is more than just me Bitching and complaining look at other forums and on here. and another thing is it is funny you pm me to ask me to stop bringing this bullshit up but never pm'ed me back about the stock issues I was having. Huh go figure ehh?

LMAO @ EDIT. GUARANTEED YOU SITE STILL HAS SEEDS BONGS LIGHTERS ECT. THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK BUT YOUR SITE LIES AND SAYS IT IS IN.
 
Sorry but I certainly have heard of "others" having supply chain problems. Lets have the cards on the table Hydgrow we carry £10,000's of seed stocks. I mean thousands of packets - and the VAST MAJORITY of seed orders leave same day. I have been involved in this industry for over 14 years, only recently have there been supply issues, we carry over 7,000 stock items, we place orders for supplies and stocks EVERY DAY.

Its our suppliers that have the problems not us. we have orders out everyday for stock, it seems to be a general problem. I know we are not the only company having slight problems. It just so happens that unfortunately the few people who have had a problem then become our most vocal naysayers, like your good self. I would never ask you to stop telling people about your experiences I just dont think its very positive, and I didnt ask you not to keep saying things about us, I purposefully just said EDiT Bashing is not productive! I then asked you to just contact me direct if you have a problem or wanted a stock question answered! Yes you did have some bad experiences but you are unfortunate in this regard, if you want to buy from us at great prices and free shipping then just email me or pm me and let me prove the point that in the VAST majority of orders they leave sameday.

I dont want to censure you Hydrgow I want you to give me the chance to turn your opinion upside down!

They made me wait 3 weeks for a grinder that was instock on website but didn't find out it was out till they emailed me to inform. They should not let you order it if out of stock duh.
 
Again Grinders ;-) We carry over 250 grinder options across a range of manufacturers.

Black Leaf in particular are terrible at getting stocks of their grinders out, they promise us grinders of a certain style then just blatantly let us down.

Lets remember guys that we are not dealing with "mainstream" corporate types here, but with a cottage industry supply chain.

Why would we purposefully take an order knowing its out of stock? we wouldnt, but it does happen because we are very busy and very big. 10 people could order a certain grinder overnight we have 9 on the shelves.... we then process the orders and the SAMEDAY order fresh stocks from our suppliers. We are then at their mercy! Some are good, some are a little shall we say flaky. They dont get the grief about their tardiness WE DO. It is very very frustrating, we feel very frustrated and we are all the time putting in place measures to ensure that this is minimised. Our latest measure is a dedicated member of staff whose sole job is to contact suppliers, hurry them along, and keep the supply chain moving. We deal with over 150 suppliers across 3 continents, and various timezones, and then we even get problems from customs!!

I want you all to be under no illusion, we take this issue very seriously.

i think they have a great selection of bongs and grinders but the shipping time is just too long for me. at least u guys arent sellin the fake roors tho like i've seen other online shops tryin to do.
i like the everyonedoesit stickers but last time i ordered i had to wait three weeks which is loooong.

James, I placed an order two weeks ago. I received an email recently that the seeds I ordered are out of stock, and you expected them in on May 6th. My CC was charged for the transaction, but i have yet to receive an email follow up, even though I sent an inquiry about 20 hours ago. this is my 3rd or 4th order with you, but I'm not really impressed this time. Do you charge CC's before you actually ship or verify the seeds are in stock? it appears that you did, using a third party payment provider. I'm going to email you, but i feel that this problem needs to be in the open as well, as we all rely on each other for seed bank reviews. I always defended you in the past, but that is getting harder to do right now, as you have my money and i don't even have a shipping confirmation. the 4:20 shipping guarantee you offer does me no good when your site indicates seeds are in stock that are not.

Your email even advised it was a rare occurrence. Well, according to this thread and several like it, it is far from rare. It appears you don't have the financial ability to keep half of what you catalog in stock. Attitude is way bigger in terms of sales and they don;t have stock issues such as yours. Where are my seeds man? they were ordered 2 weeks ago....

I have PM'd everyone I can trace on this thread who appears to have a problem,

Actually, if you would invest in an e-commerce system with inventory control, you would avoid about 50% of your complaints of taking money and making people wait. in this day and age, there is no reason not to have your inventory numbers tied to your online catalog. We are buying from you, not a supplier. You list the item as in stock and accept payment for it whether it is or not. If you are serious about better customer service, you would address the issue and correct it rather than make excuses for it. Where is my order? This is the first time I've had trouble with your business and would normally give you the benefit of the doubt, but with so many complaints coming up, I have to wonder how serious you are about fixing the easy issue of inventory accountability..... I won't be ordering again anytime soon if this practice continues....

we have invested heavily in stock monitoring and our online systems are in place to ensure that these incidents are reduced.

And you are right you dont buy from our suppliers you buy from us and it is down to us to make sure we get the stuff in from suppliers, we have had some serious conversations with our suppliers recently.

Well, I had a decent experience with EODI, I got one of their glass pieces. Turned out to be out of stock but after speaking with them they gave me the option to cancel the order or continue it and they noted the likely shipping/arrival time. I kept the order and it got to me sooner than expected . All and all I was pretty happy.

It's a killer piece of glass too :hump:

I mean they are legitamite, but that's as far as it goes.

Most recently within the year I made a $450 glass order, and half of the items were out of stock... They sent half the order at first, and then took 3 MONTHS to send the rest of the order.... 3 months and nearly 30 emails later they sent my glass that I paid for 4 months prior. (under exaggeration..)

And even after all that, they FORGOT to send me the bowl that I was WAITING 2 MONTHS for. The item that was apparently holding my order up for over 2 months was apparently never shipped. However, kudos to them for only taking 2 days to refund my money to my cc for the one bowl they never sent.


The order before? Was about $800 on glass, and it took them a month and a half (after charging my credit card in FULL) they finally sent it...


So yeah, they will take your money....................... AND send your glass IF you FLOOD them with emails threatening to REPORT them to your CC company.



Horrible, horrible service, for spending $1400 or so at their website over two orders. Nothing is ever in stock, even if it is listed as so.



Thats what verde has to say about that.

Good day all, I know this is is a EDIT related thread but I saw a few posts from folks looking for assurance/reassurance for beans. I personally can say I have placed 2 orders 1 from Nirvanna and 1 from Sannie's, Both orders took Just under 4 weeks--I am in the NE USA----- can also speak on how well Mr.Sannie handled his C/S-He has earned my business. NOTE: No issues with the R/C or B/J beans from Nirvanna---I will say beans from Sannie's, seem to be moving along faster and stronger ? James seems to be trying to make things right? I understand that there will be those who have had or may have an issue with !EVERY! company out there, as unfortunate as this reality is, it is how it is handled by Both parties that is key. That is why I love the forums. I have read of the past/current issues with EDIT related orders, would like to hear back from those who have been in touch with James, was there resolution? I thank everyone for their input as for myself I don't have dollars to just throw away on an order that may or may not arrive or that may throw off schedules :) One last ramble for the love of weed---- Think before you post-UM DER DO NOT POST SHIPPING INFO---No matter what anyone says that's just Retarded! Happy grows 2 all ¦)....

I dont know how anyone can comment if they actually have no intention of ordering, I understand you may not want to order, but to say that everyonedoesit has shady business practices is actually not quite right.

yes there have been stocking issues no one can deny that, including me, the point is that I have personally over the last 4 months seen systems put in place that mean the VAST majority of seeds orders and virtually all glass orders are sent same day.

I accept that some people will have had numerous bad experiences but everyone has ended up with their glass, it is usually roor where the problem lies, but that has always been the case.

Seeds wise I know we have made serious in roads into seed stocks and supply chains......

I welcome legitimate complaints and will try and put right what has gone wrong but to say we are shady when you admit to not even having bought from us is a touch unfair! IMHO.

Not throwing off bro it just seem likes you have way to many complaints and yes I understand that some of the guys you could not please by sending them 20 extra beans.Maybe if you updated exactly what you have in stock alot more often most of your bad reviews would go away

I gotta say i LOVE the singleseedcentre.com that place is the best. i sent them an email and had super quick response time. they got my seeds to me in 11 days to the east coast. and i didn't even have to sign for it....not to mention the 2 freebies they threw in were fricken awesome...1 was the bcn diesel...like 23%thc..soo potent...i found this company threw HIGH TIMES.....that sucks that i've only read bad things about EDIT, James you def seem like a nice guy who knows his stuff....i might try EDIT...just to see...maybe they have seeds that my other seed bank doesen't have...=)
 
i've ordered from EDIT twice now, first time it went smoothly, but i didn't get the advertised free seeds and got no replies to my query, but oh well, i got the seeds i ordered and they were healthy.
ordered again last month, package arrived in a timely manner (week and a bit?) but one of the seed packs i ordered....seeds were crushed :cry: and they were the ones i was most anticipating.

emailed EDIT to ask for replacements (politely) had to wait 5 days for a reply, they apologised and said no problem, asked if it seemed anything had been tampered with(it didnt look like it), i replied and haven't heard a peep from them since (may 14th) no seeds either :cry:
a pity as i wanted to get more crazy x stuff and no one else seems to sell his stuff.
sorry EDIT but lost a customer here.

I wont go into our packaging arrangements on here but we always pack as safely as possible, and as stealthily as possible and we do all this for FREE. We dont charge extra for "stealth". Having said that it is clear that this failed in this instance PM and let me see if I can put a smile back on your face, hush those tears! ;-) I am sure we can sort something out. We always replaced crushed seeds...... no question.

ordered again last month, package arrived in a timely manner (week and a bit?) but one of the seed packs i ordered....seeds were crushed :cry: and they were the ones i was most anticipating.
they were wrapped in bubble wrap, no DVD case (free shipping so i guess dvd cases were getting low?) and the other seeds were fine.

hey guys i'm new to all this stuff... but let me ask you... if your a drug dealer and you have an ounce(i know no dealer has only an ounce to start lol) you sell one guy half and someone calls you and asks for another half okay? good yay all your bud is gone BUUTTT a friend of your comes by and buys a quarter... you NO LONGER have a half for your last guy... now... have you ever flipped out on a dealer that had to do this because of first come first serve?

i know the example doesnt fit entirely but like he said man 9 grinders and you just HAPPEN to be the tenth person... oh well man get the fuuck over it... go to 7th heaven or chinese gift shop or whatever to get your grinder if you cant help but bitch every time you dont get EXACTLY what you want EXACTLY when you get it.... not trying to be rude or nothing but i'm going to side with whats the sites name on this one cuz the dude sounds pretty damn cool and there are so fucking few cool people left in this world so why the HELL? now on another note if your suppliers suck... CHANGE SUPPLIERS i'm sorry but that kinda seems obvious to ME but shit i'm not you and maybe your supplier is the only one to offer a specific product... well to decrease egative publicity... get rid of the freaking product... they arent getting it and their pissed... so take it from them completely... shit MAYBE they will ask you to bring it back and by then MAYBE your supplier has taken a decent loss from loseing your bussiness and doesnt want to fuck around anymore... there you have it... exelencys 2 cents...
