It's turning out great! It seems these freebies from DC seed exchange are the best. The skunk is really hardy. Getting close to that time!

Been raining here for two days straight. The skunk is completely outside in the elements. Others are under a plastic roof with fans running and humid as hell. The temperature here is between 40s and 50s. I'm trying to hang in there. The weather is colder than previous years, in October. As soon as it stops raining, I'll be out the shaking the water off, before the temperature rises and rots them. Looks like two weeks for most to mature. Supposed to get in the 30s next week. I started cleaning a room in my barn. May have to drag them in, put them under lights. Never in my life, my crop came in this late. Supposed to be 8 to 9 weeks with these strains. Looks like 12 to 14! The skunk is a little late, because I had them inside under lights until August. They have turned out to be my favorite. I had trouble with both ILGM and DC seeds. The freebies were the better ones, go figure. I hope you're okay there.

I'm planting my last ilgm beans tomorrow(2 gg4 auto and 2 ww auto.) After these I'm ordering some mephisto "Creme de la Chem" . I've been wanting to try their gear and that's a 70/30 indica,so perfect for my taste. Plus it's an F4 so should be stable. I've just been waiting for cooler weather.

You have longer seasons, so I understand. I I'm moving to Florida every winter. In the process of building now. Hurricane hit hard in my area. My plan is to grow some real landrace strains there. Need longer seasons for that. After this, I don't believe anyone has true landrace. I'll have to travel to Thailand to get the right stuff. 16 weeks flowering time. I did it before, which their local weed is kick ass but nasty. It's because they sun dry it and don't know about it much. True Thai weed grows like something you've never seen. It's an amazing strain, won't mold! After a joint, I'm usually ready to take on the world lol. I lived there before. Amazing country. Now weed is legal there. China is pissed

Looks like the skunk wins the race. Would have been done already, but I didn't take the seriously until I saw them take off. Another week, regardless of maturity. It's going to be in the 30s next week, but this strain has shook of the cold like no other. I'm floored!

And so it begins..... 2 out of 3 sprouted and had 1.5 inch tails in 36 hours. Never had any issues with ilgms gear sprouting, but a sprout is just that. Truthfully it's a bittersweet grow because I already know the terps ain't gonna be there like "I " like. My friends love the shit but they are not growers and as a grower I have greater expectations than a buzz. Oh well , at least this gg4 auto is a fast finishing strain. Just got my ffof and mycos so ,, work to do. Good grows and resinous harvests to you all

I pulled up most of my supposed to be Durban Poison. They matured on different days and some still weeks to go. Very disappointed. Some plants have no smell and no taste, just found one hanging that's actually had terps, so I'm smoking it now. Still waiting on the so called northern lights, which some looks like it, some completely different, some with nubs and some with beer can cola's, still hit or miss on the smell. I told ILGM my results, which they are silent. I also invited them to join this chat. Crickets also, all my DC seeds strains are a disappointment, but the freebies, go figure. The gedi mind trip had hermandites and no terps. The trainwreck is taking forever. I cut one down early, but looked close. Half of them are really loose buds and not very many trichomes. The purple Thai Afghan cush is terrible. Small buds and very late variety. I have another purple Thai strain, was a freebie, looks great, handling the cold and rain like a trooper, along with the skunk. The one in the picture. Smells fruity as can be. I cut one skunk down. The others will be ready this week. Looks like I'm doing a lot of cooking this season. Bottom line, ILGM sucks and so does DC seeds. Too many breeders out there fxxcking shit up.

I'm going mephisto next time. I've honestly never seen anybody say that they don't get terps from mephisto. Beautiful weed almost to a plant I've seen. I wasn't ready before because I had to learn more before paying 15 bucks a bean. But I see now that it's worth it if you get what you want. Dude it sucks you've had a bad season. I grow indoors so as long as its not too hot I can start over. I agree with ya fuck ILGM. Mediocre stuff at best and inconsistent as hell. The GG4 is a good producer and it's buzz is fine but it's not the fire that GG4 is supposed to be. The bagseed plant I grew last fall was crazy better. Wish I had more of those beans. Until I get more I'm rocking the gear I got. Good luck. BTW, I feel ya about the cooking. I turned alot of my last into edibles. I can't stand smoking bland weed. Don't care if it's 20+ percent thc if it don't taste/smell good. We don't fkn do this shit for average pot. Where's the terps?

I know what you mean, experienced growers are more picky, which ILGM base are rookies, so they need guaranteed germination not guaranteed strains. I told them myself that germination is not as important as legitimate strains. Here's a picture of their northern lights. I have others that are tall and nubs, weeks apart from maturity. Still not very stinky
Thanks, not worthless, but not what I'm looking for. I yanked one skunk, we'll see how it is in a couple of weeks.

Yeah I have found that a very long (3-4+ month) cure help mitigate some of their weak taste but shouldn't take that long. My kush plant smelled tasted awesome in 2 weeks cure. Yeah update. I had figured the ancient skunk a winner.

How's it going peeps? My last ILGM grow is going OK so far. The one on the right had a nutrient issue that cleared up when I transplanted them. The old Bloomspect lights are still doing it after 5grows and only $100 bucks spent for both. I'm hoping this grow does well cause my supply is starting to get low and I hate paying for weed now. At least their GG4 is a very fast finisher. My expectations are low so I'll be pleasantly surprised if the terps are good. The last grow produced some strong smoke even with the pest issues and forced early harvest. I'll be content if I get a decent enough harvest to get by on till I can start my christmas present beans from my wife mephisto Creme de la Chem. She got tired of hearing me bitch about ILGM and told me to order what the fuck ever I wanted if I'd quit bitching. She thinks the ILGM shit is great but she know zip about growing. She smokes out of dirty ass bowls and lacks the ability to tell the difference between good pot and great pot. Ima gonna show her next grow when the house reeks of Terpenes. Lol. Green grows and terpy highs to you all. Oh and yeah fuck Bob Bergman right in the ear.

Everything I grew, both from ILGM and DC seeds has zero to no smell. I complained, so they're asking me how I grew and dried it. I'm not doing rounds with them. I'll just leave my review when I've tried all of it. I still have plant outside, some dry and some still hanging. The skunk has no smell, but looks great. Can't call it skunk, if I can't smell one. The Durban Poison has zero smell, then a plant or two actually did a little. The trainwreck has smell, but still not mature and I'm not very impressed that some looks good and tight, while others are light and fluffy. I made some coconut oil yesterday. Still have to try. Looks like I'll be cooking most of my crop. Hopefully, I'll enjoy it. Here's some pictures of the purple Afghan Pakistan Thai, which was a freebie and smells fruity. I prefer gas, but curious how it will be. I cloned it already. The second is the skunk

Youre right, they look good. Would think there'd be more trichs. Ah but thats how it goes sometimes i guess. I only got decent smell and taste out of 1 of 4 WW autos. It smelled and tasted like berries. The others just had earthy smell and hardly any taste. I emailed them and they tried to tell meI didnt dry/cure correctly. Funny, the bagseed kush hybrid i grew REEKED the whole time before flower even and after a 60 day cure it was some of the best shit i ever had. And curing aint got shit to do with smell during flower. From them suggestions on nutrients. ??? Whats the point in buying beans if they dont have the profile that they claim to have. My wife thinks im ranting and maybe I am lol but I used to grow way stinkier weed outta mexican bagseed back in the 90s and many times since. Im stoked to try mephistos gear. Its an F4 where I dont think ILGM has anything beyond F2 from mystery breeders at that. Is none of what you got smokeable? Or is it harsh as hell or something? It sucks you got all that variety and not be able to enjoy it.

I'm smoking it, not harsh, not tasty, gives my a slight buzz. I cooked some, got sick, not sure what happened. First time using lecithin. Yeah, wtf about smell coming from curing? That's bs. Previous crops had my neighbors on alert during flowering. Yes, curing has a lot to do with the outcome, but curing don't make up the smell, just helps. My skunk has zero smell, WTF You aren't ranting, you're protecting your brothers. Actually, them Mexican seeds are better than this bs. The only reason that shit sucked, was because it was grown and harvest like hay. I'm a landrace fan, and starting to believe everything is effed up because of breeders. Landrace is lost. Need to travel for my next seeds.
