stealth cabinet advice

My cabinet is: 25-3/4" L x 19" W x 35-3/4" H
What should i use for lighting and ventilation? I was thinking cfls and maybe a couple 120MM pc fans? I'm just looking for advice this will be my first cabinet and grow. Any advice will be very much appreciated!! Thanks!

Oh and i'm thinking doing 2 plants at a time. Do you guys think that would be ok?

If yu grow in a Hydro Tank, say 20 inches tall, and use CFLs with a Reflector and Clamp that is 16 inches tall, 16 + 20 = 36, how much Height does that leave you for the plant?
Or if you use a 5 gallon bucket, 20 inches tall for soil, and use CFLs with a Reflector and Clamp that is 16 inches tall, 16 + 20 = 36, how much Height does that leave you for the plant?

I understand what you're saying about the room issue. I was just planning on doing a micro grow and maybe veg for a 1.5 to 2 weeks and then flowering. It will be a soil grow as well. i'm not worried about a huge yield just trying it out. I'm thing cfl for veg and 150w hps for flower.
