Hey People So The Other Plant is a male and I Have Only 1 Fuckin Female... But Shes A Big One!!! So I Tried Bending It Today My own way so tomrow ill shall see how the plant reacts... Hers Some Pics... Any Suggestions?

Im 100% At the max for my Light fixture to go any higher.... Next time i wont vegg as long this one got outa controllllll!!!
It Already started Pointing up to the light and i only tied it down like 1 hour ago... Dammmnnnn..
Now I have 9 27 Watt CFLS and one floro 13inch Tube... For the one Female..

That is horrible setup lights too far/ not enough. I have never seen stretching that bad

Yes, the video is a SCROG. I posted it more because it shows what can be done with a little plant training and less CFL wattage.
91teggs: Your female isn't any stretchier than most CFL grows, don't worry about it. I forgot to mention it earlier but someone reminded me, those roots look very healthy indeed. A little concentrated on the bottom though, which i think means they want a bigger pot. I don't think you should switch after flowering starts though.
If you put some sort of metal cage or something of the sort at the top right now, attached to the side of the cabinet, you can grow right up to those lights and it will be perfect.... thats what i think, at least

Thnx Dtown Science.... I m guessing theres nothing rong with the method i tried cuz its giving me the extra room i need for hieght and it seems to be giving me an extra 4-5 inches from the light now and before i was like 0 i was touching them no more rooom...here a pic of it pointing up again doesnt look like it did yesterday....

Anytime you harvest a plant you stick your fist in the air. If you can't say something nice, stick your fist up your a##. This is a community movement, we are all fighting the same fight. Hey man, plant looks good, pretty stretchy, but healthy. For your next grow you should use a 150w hps. I have less space than you and I can keep my cabinet at about 77f so you should have no problem. I use a bathroom exhaust fan for mine(14$). Your plants will definetly stay bushier. And pack on way more weight. My plants are at 3 weeks and 3 days and the stem are as big as my finger. Take a look. Good luck.

Or, What the hell am I saying wait till the next grow for a 150w, Buy one now god damnit....... You'll double your yield. Definetly worth it.

I agree with the jimjim, I'd go for the HPS! You can still use your CFLs as supplements for veg or lower nugs, temps permitting.
And jimjim your plants look real nice, but i think they have a little extra nitrogen

No, its a sun systems. Got it for 84$. I had a 150w cfl on them when they where sprouting up till about a week and a half old, When I put that hps on them they friggin exploded. Your definetly gonna love the change....
Thanks dtown, Yea they are starting to get yellowish spots on the lower leaves an some are starting to curl under. What can I do to fix this... Hey 91tegg, sorry for using your thread for my prob.....

I'm having kind of the same problems, what I've been told to first do a good flush, then cut down the nutrients a little for the plants that are affected. Also, water more frequently but with lesser amounts, so its no less than once every 3-4 days, average of 2-3 days. I could be wrong though, if someone has different advice please step in. otherwise this is what I've been told to do by those with experience, and I would recommend the same to you.
Reversely, If the leaves start to turn lime green, then they need more nutrient
