This is my summer attempt at my first stealth grow. Mostly for experimentation as I plan on a full sized grow in the fall. I realize this box isn't going to get much yield so please don't waste your time telling me that.

I do however welcome friends and advice to follow along! :)

Hey!, it's been awhile since i checked this site out, but i wanted to give you some advice on your Soil, I'n my personal exp. I grew a low yield crop under CFL's in 3 different types of soil mediums, one in Sand, one in soil that look a lot like yours and one in 100% worm castings....honestly the worm castings provide all the nutrients you will ever need, sand sucks(even though it will in fact grow), and the stuff with the mulch chips seems to be the worst medium, that said, maybe you should find a bag of worm castings, its pretty cheap and available at most garden shops, and if you don't know what it is don't worry, its not a bunch of dead worms, it's just the by-product earthworms create as they munch through leaves and stuff-premium soil, unlike miracle grow soils which have larvae of all sorts of fruit flies and crap in it, give it a shot if you want, and goodluck!

Stormfront - that's great advice on the soil. I truly wish I would've known that before starting, but now that I'm into it I think I'll just see where it goes. Next time though, I'll try out that worm soil you mentioned. Thanks!

Mr. X007 - Didn't get my dang on any lowryder seeds, that would've been killer though! They are just bag seed and you are correct that they have been 12/12 since birth.

Firsttimegrowing - Thanks for the support! If you get a thread going on your grow, let me know.

I'm going to try and get some pictures up either Tuesday or Wednesday so stay tuned.

Well, I woke up to some sad news this morning... I tried giving the babies their first dosage of 10-10-10 nutes on the last watering and they didn't take too kindly to them.

The next couple waters I'm going to flush, and we'll try again maybe in a week or two.

Also, they look overwatered so I'm going to try and cut back on their watering schedule which is currently once every 24h.

:( :( SAD

Report from this morning:

Definite signs of overwatering... damnit I fell for the most common trick in the book.
One plant took it very well, slight drooping in the leaves.
Another twisted and yellowed on the newer leaves probably also due to nute burn
The third one is veryy droopy.

Going to hold off on watering for awhile, see how things go...
