Yeah as long as you veg under a t5 till your plats are about a foot tall then use that hlg65 you should be perfect in that little cabinet

Actually, the quantum boards have a dimmer. I use the HLG 135 for seed/veg, and gradually raise the intensity. Usually try to hit 100% by the 2nd node.

I also use height to reduce the intensity, but he doesn't have that option ;)
I would get the 100 or 135 though if you invest. Look at what it says for the veg footprint.

Another note on the quantum boards - less ventilation seems to work. I had heat issues, added fans and they got worse. Got rid of the fans and bumped up the exhaust and it was fine.

Short version is that heat rises - and the heatsinks have no fans. so the exhaust sucking your heat out is cool, and a fan blowing across the plant tops is cool, but more fans tend to stir up the "equilibrium" and bring the upper heat down to the plants.
