Stealth rubbermaid autos 300w led, first grow.

DAY 4
Checked the girls at lunch today and the sugar mango is starting to break the surface!! I am very glad I do not have to germ a replacement. I will include some pictures later today when I have some more time. Temps have been constant in the mid-high 80s, though I did close the closet b/c the light was disturbing my sleep the other day and I did hit 90 F. Humidity seems harder to control and is ranging from the low 30s(when it is almost time to water again) to the mid 40s, I have added a small tupperware container of water and have the fan blowing across that to help raise the humidity level. I will prob start a light regiment of sea tea (compost tea+kelp+fish emulsion) next week and use that until 1-2 weeks in flower at which point I will switch to Root Organics Buddha bloom liquid fertilizer.

I was able to get some pictures, only gave the sugar mango water today and just enough to moisten the top layer of soil since it's roots are still very shallow. They will get a full watering probably tomorrow night or wed morning.
This is the sweet coffee.

DAY 11
Today the ladies got their first watering using sea tea, and though I dislike food that comes from the sea I am hoping they do not. The Sweet Coffee has been doing beautifully and is exhibiting daily growth. The Sugar Mango, not so much, yes it has only been 4 days since my last image but the growth is really kinda sad since then compared to the Sweet Coffee. Now I do understand more leaves = more light = more growth, so I will give her the benefit of the doubt and let her do her thing. Here are some updated images, as you can guess the larger is the Sweet Coffee and the smaller the Sugar Mango.

Looking good Smokie, don't feel bad about the one growing slower, different strains will progress at different paces. My blueberry seems close to 20 or so days ahead of my Northen lights even though they both sprouted on same day.

Day 20
Today is day 20, I have been alternating water and sea tea each feeding, though I have only had to feed the girls twice since I last posted. The Sweet Coffee Ryder is showing preflower and there is a faint odor from her when I open the box up to check on the girls. I counted 9 of sites on her that appear to be showing preflower so fingers crossed. The Sugar Mango has picked up the pace some and I expect will continue to as more foliage develops on her. I've included pictures of each. The Sweet Coffee will get one more feeding of sea tea(had one yesterday) before switching to my bloom nutes. The Sugar Mango will keep getting sea tea until at least a week into flower, when she finally starts to.

Everything is looking really good Smokie. I would probably hold off on the bloom nutes for a couple more weeks. I'm still a noob so if anyone else has some input would be awesome.
Keep up the good work.

Day 29
Sorry about not giving constant progress, but I think the delay in posting really gives you an idea of the rapid growth of these auto girls.
The sugar mango is finally taking off with a vengeance and just started to show signs of pre-flower. The sweet coffee has been in flower for close to two weeks and is developing nicely. For the past two feedings I have given them just straight distilled water. I got a little brown on the very tips of the leaves, It may have been light burn(moved them to max position a few days ago), or it may have been nute burn. I was doing almost full strength on my sea tea and autos are notoriously nute sensitive. I've included some pictures here.

Both girls by the box.

Might need some LST on the coffee. With autos this is the age to get it done anyway. Lookin good. Hows the diy carbon filter handling smell thus far?

Filter is doing great so far, though smell is only minor atm. I also have an ona block on top of the out vent of a larger air purifier that I placed in the room they are in, so that I expect will be a big help too. I am not sure if I want to try LST, the coffee has been flowering for near two weeks and close to doubled in size I expect more growth but I don't expect it to double again so I should have sufficient room in the box for it.

DAY 41
Sorry I have not been posting regularly but family issues have kept me distracted. Both girls are in flower and on flower nutes. I wanted to keep the Sugar Mango on veg nutes longer but when I opened my bottle of nutes for a feeding there was mold growing inside so I chose not to use it. I have noticed a problem with the Sweet coffee that the pictures should show. I think it is a P deficiency, at first I thought it was pH but after getting a testing kit and testing the water I use i found it was at exactly 6.0. The issue is a yellowing/paling of leaves and red stems showing up on some of the leaves. Based on what I red this is likely a problem with P so I increased the bloom nutes just a hair, newer growth is coming in a good dark green so I think *fingers crossed* the issue has been solved. They are getting a little big for their space, I purchased an additional Rubbermaid tub for more height, but when my next check comes in I will be getting a tent to replace this. Here are the pictures which is what I am sure you all really want to see, as opposed to a wall of text.

DAY 45
So whatever the deficiency the sweet coffee has it seems to be impacting the sugar mango to a lesser degree. Does anyone have any suggestions on what this might be? Water pH is 6.0 and only using Buddha bloom nutrients from roots organics.

So I ordered a tent today, 24x48x60in as well as a carbon filter. I should get these early next week, I also ordered a full set of Roots Organics nutrients by Aurora. I've also got some cal mag coming in tomorrow, I think my pale leaves(almost white with some rust appearance on the 2nd plant) is due to my using distilled water and not adding either mineral back into my nutrient regiment.

Looking good, yea with using distilled water cal mag should help you out.

W00t! Tap roots popped out at about 36 hrs(sorry no pics). Got them both planted with a bit of mykos tossed in with the seeds. I included some pictures: my new exhaust fan 120mm 110v, my homemade carbon filter, the pots of soil that the girls are napping in, and my thermo/hydrometer. Enjoy!
