What do you mean? I need fresh air from outside pumped into the tentYes, do it from somewhere other than the window.
Only way i see it being done is fitting a sun shade blind on the outside to obscure the view of what ever you fit to the window to vent room.Depends. Legal? Open the bottom window half way and build something to fit the other half that has a hole in it for duct.
Illegal? I'll scope that out from a mile away no matter what you try to do.
I think Hook meant it was a bad idea. IMO I think it's a bad idea as well unless the window is hidden from prying eyes.
Bottom part of window doesn't open my only option is that small top windowDepends. Legal? Open the bottom window half way and build something to fit the other half that has a hole in it for duct.

I mean it’s more stealthy to just put in a proper duct intake. Put in something like a dryer vent which will look like it belongs, why does it have to go through a window? That will just look obvious unless you try to hide it, not that it can’t be done. Seems much easier and less likely to draw attention if it’s a proper vent intake, that’s all I meant, drill a hole and put something like one of these. What do you mean? Thanks for the advice I appreciate that great idea but how the heck does one drill a hole that big? Basically how would I go about installing it?I mean it’s more stealthy to just put in a proper duct intake. Also do you mean drilling a hole trough the Concrete wall…?Thanks for the advice I appreciate that great idea but how the heck does one drill a hole that big? Basically how would I go about installing it?
Yes. Drilling in an exterior wall, either wood or concrete, is not that hard. People put exterior doors and windows in all the time. If you are not handy then go with the window route, was just giving you ideas, that is what the first post asked for. Also do you mean drilling a hole trough the Concrete wall…?
Any pictures?Build a box around window, hang blinds, paint inside black and duct from the bottom or side of the box.

It's not that easy I don't wanna drill through wires pipes etc also I need the vent to be much higher up can that work?
I do not. Basically you want it to look like a normal window covering from the outside, like blinds or curtains. Then you create a sealed frame around the inside of the window that you can attach a duct to.Any pictures?
is it possible to put the hole & vent high up on the wall ? To avoid any unwanted guests vandals etcI mean it’s more stealthy to just put in a proper duct intake. I'm sorry I didn't get that I need pics broI do not. Basically you want it to look like a normal window covering from the outside, like blinds or curtains. Then you create a sealed frame around the inside of the window that you can attach a duct to.
Aye you build a wee box then duct off of that any chance you got a old wardrobe you could sacrifice op and modify it so it sits against the widow and you build your box for the duct to run through the middle of that ? From the pics it's hard to tell how busy or visible that window is as well how visible is it outside? Is it a main street side alley or back garden that it faces ontoI do not. Yes, you can put a vent where ever you want, your drilling a hole so make it right the first time. It’s no different than a vent for a bathroom fan, cooking hood vent or clothes dryer exhaust. The window box idea over the window will also work, just keep in mind the window will need to stay open for any air flow.is it possible to put the hole & vent high up on the wall ? True bud and I agree positioning is everything get the hole right first time take your time and think about it before coring it out can't stress that enough you don't need holes in the wall like swiss cheese you want it so it's a easy fix if need be as wellYes, you can put a vent where ever you want, your drilling a hole so make it right the first time.
