They appear to be overwatered. How often and how much water are you feeding them?

Looks underwatered. And like the medium's a bit hot.
Im watering once every two days with 500ml

Imo for that size seedling thats alot of water.
They are under the sun all day, maybe that?

Stop immediately. It is fixing to die. That little spots is almost dead. Mak a mound of dirt around the stem up to the little round leaves. Make it come up to jus below them.
That will support it and allow roots to grow from the stem.
Don't water for one week.

It looks fine but it drooping either under or over water?
