I honestly don't know what to say. Not trying to hate on your setup but that cable does not look safe. You need to insulate each wire after you solder them. Maybe you just didn't post that picture.
Bees entered the laundry room before I taped it up so I got to zapping them with an electronic fly swatter as the door was open with the cord part way out there. They weren't my bees based on the location and their behavior at least I think they were next door's honey bees. I have mason bees here. I will wrap it with tape and maybe the whole thing with water pipe insulation for some sunlight and abrasion protection. It goes from the house through a sump pump hole in the interior and exterior of the house to the 22' x 22' building the the back ten gauge. Small zip ties are ok instead of shrink wrap I think. There is friction tape.
Water is another safety concern and helps plants grow.
I'll add clear packing tape over these stick on labels which I have to cut instead of a permanent marker to try and keep the ink from fading or washing off.
Need more wattage for square footage. More people should adopt the one light one plant principle. Plants look like they are in need of something. Or some things. I would be careful as growroom fires are blamed on the person running it. Insurance companies can be sticklers, Enough said, best of luck.
