Start in 11ltr pots
tie down main stem to edge of pot at end of week 1 and leave till week 2-3 at wich point cut the main stem free it should have hardened up abit and stay in more or less the same position and your lower branches should be bassicly level with the top,
I then fim the main bud site and proceed to train the secondary branches outward to open the plant up and allow for better light penertration until end of week 4 to week 5 I then remove any branches that I dint think will catch up and also remove any leaves that are able to touch the soil and also give the middle a good clear out and then proceed to flowering, by the end of the stretch if you have done this correctly you should have a nice bushy plant with even tops nice air circulation and easy light penertration! I also snap any branches that start growing too quik about half way down not only does it give chances for other branches to catch up it improves water and nutrient flow to the bud sites when they have repaired!
