Ok so first things first what kind of light is that? What temperature is it? What medium are you growing in? Apart from that in terms of corrections/tips I would say get some mylar or some kind of reflective sheeting and put it on the wall behind the plants. How often are you watering and is it just water? It might also help to get something over the seedlings so that the humidity can build up a bit, you don't want the plants to be constantly soaked but some humidity is definitely beneficial. You can get thermometers that measure both temperature and relative humidity so thats two birds with one stone as both of those things should be measured to make sure everything is fine. Your stems are also a bit stretchy so you might want to replant them, theres a thread in the newbie section that will show you how to replant heres the link --> https://www.rollitup.org/t/replant-those-long-stretchy-stems-its-easy.429767/
The stems stretching means that either your light is insufficient or its too far away so knowing the wattage and stuff on the bulb would be good. also whats your light cycle? and how old are they? You could get a lot more help if you explained what you were doing first...

Read on here to learn to grow. These are questions that can be answered by just Reding threads on here. You definitely need mor light. 400w equivalent cfl watts. At home depot 4 100 w cfl bulbs are 11$ ( they use only about 20-30 actual watts per bulb, so they save you money. You want to definitely make a tent of some sort. To control your temps. Please gibe your plants a good home and really go towards a better light source. Make sure your cups have holes for drainage. And don't water everyday. You need a lot of things to start to grow, maybe you're better off saving and putting those plants outside for now.

Ok so here are the details. The plants are growing in miracle grow potting mix. They are on a 18/6 lighting schedule and are watered about every other day depending on if they look dry or not. I just rearranged the set up to look like this. Before it was just the installed light on the ceiling (aprox. 6 ft away). Now its from the lamp about 8 inches away. The bulbs are cfl 60 watt equivalent. I want to get more light in there but im not sure how to without spending tons of money on a new lamp setup. I am on a budget. I would like to learn how to make a tent if anyone knows any links that can give me an idea.
Thanks again for all of your help

Just posted most of the details but i forgot to put the age. The one in the back was seeded about a week and a half ago. Broke soil about a week ago.
The other 2 were seeded 4 days later and broke soil 4 days later as well.

Keep in mind this is a long process to the get to the finish line. What you have going is great to begin the learning process. I started out in a 3 X 5 sized room that got me though a 7 month learning period. My space increaced 4 times since then... The last improvement cost me a fair amount of money, but by then I knew exactly what I needed to be happy with the results. Good luck and good learning!

Thanks alot. I really wanna start building up but over time . Is it possible to still have a decent grow with limited conditions. Obviously better tech would make better results but i wanna know if this will stay a hobby or if i can actually make it a good thing here.

Home depot man. They have bulb sockets for 3$ that plug directly into any extension cord. And they have two split sockets that attach to those. A 400w setup would be like 10$ for all the sockets, then the extension cord another 3$ at Walmart. Its like under 15$ for all.

You can also use tinfoil as a cheap reflective material so long as it doesn't make everything too hot

Not so much the plants. But it will be a lot of heat if you got 2700k bulbs. Do you have a tent for the plants? You want to contain the light inside a small place along with the plants to get your correct coverage of light put out by the cfl bulbs. That way they absorb the most light they can. At home depot I got an oscillating fan for 15$. Black compact size, but its powerful. When you switch to 12/12 light cycle you will need about twice as much cfl bulbs man if anything 1000w to be a higher yield. I saw my cousin pull 4 ounces with 1000w and it was bagseed.
