I had a High Times from December of 05 and it has a picture of a bud that grew pink hairs. It's called Stinky Pinky from what I remember. I haven't done much research into the growing of pink hairs but I imagine it depends on their genetics? I'm not a grower, but that's just my 2 cents. Also, what strain is in your avatar? PW?

Edit: I just googled Stinky Pinky and none of the pictures had pink hairs but it was clear in the mag that they were pink.

I wish I could scan the picture in the magazine. Hmm, I think it's actually Purple Widow. A few friends of mine told me about it when they got it and said it's super purple so I googled it to see if I could find anything and that's the picture that came up on a seed site. I wanted to see if you might have tried it.

I've got a pink pistil sativa dom plant, it grows well and has a nice smooth taste. Probably just a quark of genetics somewhere along the line, but I have been able to pollinate it with another and retain the pink so I am happy, as to the name of the strain I have no idea it was given to me a couple of years ago.
