Looks to me like there is no intake/extract besides when its open.
That light will severely hurt yield and potency lol. Need to up the game during flower for sure.
Still having issues, help!

What if I put the intake at the very bottom, and the outtake at the top? would that help circulation?
what light would you suggest for that?
and how close can I put the light to the plants without burning them? its a very cool light lol

Is there a hole where the fan is pointing out of the tent? By the way nice job the homemade tent and yes intake at the bottom extract at the top. As for lighting with your limited space i would go with a more powerful led/cob the light you have now will veg a plant okay but will do poorly in flower. Looks to me like your plant is nearly half as tall as your grow area already i would suggest some lst otherwise when you flip it will at least double in height and be touching your lights. Im doing some slight LST while shes revegging, got two of the main branches tied down. Im gonna top in some spots and maybe try tying them in a circle around the pot? thanks for the replies man been a major help!
