Not to be the smart ass, or nit pick. Step one to the question "what am I doing wrong" is to give us as much details as possible.
Soil mixture?
Nutrients?
Watering schedule?
Those tiny bits of info will help us help you.
Buuut as slyone said a bigger pot is definitely something you're gonna want to invest in and soon, like now, but wait to transplant until your soil in the current pots is dry.
hey guys i have loads of pots im trying to slow growth down at the mo as the flowering room is in use , im using canna terra soil with canna vega im watering one its dry up to the secound knuckle im doing a water then a water feed tap ppms 380 i water with an ec of 1.0 the leaves fell all thick etc like N toxicity

A transplant would likely slow growth and maybe resolve your issue.

What are you feeding with? Specifics are key, hard to help if we don't know the exact specifics. Ph of your water, soil, runoff?? How many weeks in? You may have fed too much too early. It looks like N overload or Mag deficiency. As stated previously the pot is too small, if it becomes root bound you are doomed. Pruning, topping, fimming, transplant and supercrop are better options for slowing growth. If your EC is 1.0 before feeding what does it read after? If the EC goes above you are over feeding, vice versa. Ppm is used to gauge how much your plants feed in relation to hydration.

A root bound condition appears to be the problem. Plants do weird shit when that happens.
But judging the leaves alone, I see deficiency in both Calcium and Magnesium, and maybe an excess of Nitrogen, with slight tip burn. Maybe really high humidity with the creases in the leaves so well defined.
But I believe all your symptoms are probably being caused by being root bound.
hi guys the pots where fine as i only transplanted them a week ago but i transplanted just in case buy the roots were not root bound?? they were topped, there about 3 weeks feeding canna terra vega at 2,2,4 i think i have been told that ph for soil that there isnt a need as it has enough lime to buffer ph for the whole grow and the acid of ph up/down can kill of my microbio's in my soil but after the first 2 weeks in solo cups i noticed yellowing etc so i thought it had used all the ferts that comes mixed in with the soil (ec 1'0) so i feed it an ec 1'0 and thats when the leaves went dark green & thick so i transplanted etc

You can use organic material to adjust your ph. Roots will not absorb properly if your ph is off. I water at 6.5, it stays steady at 6.2 throughout the soil. You should flush, cut out nutes all together. If the plant responds the same, you have a mag/call deficiency. What type of soil? If you are not root bound then it sounds like overfeeding.

It's possible, as long as they don't smell nasty and aren't mushy then you can rule out root rot.
