I would be seriously worried about your health or the pot your smoking, if it causes any such effect as heart issues, breathing shortness or orientation issues. THC and CBNs DO NOT effect these parts of your body in that way(by themselves). Any temperature change beyond 1 degree up or down should not be caused by marijuana. High Nytrogen content in the marijuana, low electrolyte content in your own system. Or the two together, topped with a genetic defect could possibly cause these issues.
There has been heavy testing on this troughout the years. On marijuana, tobacco and other consumed plant products.
Like any medication, if you think this is caused by MMJ, do not continue to consume it, but I would suggest the physical, with complete alergy and blood panel tests. Could be your body or brain chemistry is off, or that something used to grow or cure the MMJ you were smoking/eating/consuming caused it. Marijuana by itself will not cause these physical issues.
If the MMJ was an all chemical harvest, and they did not properly clean, or cure it, this could be your issue. Or for that matter if you happen to have any number of undiagnosed problems, such as diabetes for instance. . . . taking any medication, not properly prescribed could be a MAJOR ISSUE!
Without a proper physical and complete blood work(enzymes, chemical counts, ppms on heavy metals etc. . . ) and a complete allergy test including a HEAVY METALS test, it is impossible to say what happened!
That being said; I think it is quite possible that you have been smoking something made with chemical fertilizers, improperly flushed, you would take on these heavy metals, salts and direct chemical compounds n k p etc. . . in your system. Add to this any physical issue such as dehydration or diabetes you would have issues with tissue and vessel tone. Which would lead to many other serious issues including the ones originally described.
