Storing cuttings?

when molecules get cold they get close together. think of it like people or animals. when its hot out, no one wants to be overlapping on eachother, but when temps get cooler we want to huddle together for more heat. its the same for molecules as well. maybe we ARE just another form of molecules perceiving a different space

I've rooted cuttings that sat in my fridge with their stems in water bottles for 3-4 weeks. I changed the water about halfway along when some waste material started to show up in the bottles. I threw out a couple of spindly ones, but still got over 90% success with no major slow down. I re-cut the stem before putting them in their peat pucks and treated them as normal. Worked for me...

yup me too, i put 6 cuttings in a vase once and left them there for like a month and then gave them to a friend and he rooted them and is now growing five qwerkles. thats not even mentioning the vase ran dry of water twice in that month and i didnt notice either time till it was dry and they never looked bad.
