Just starting a thread for everyone growing jack the ripper. Here we can discuss what we know about jack the ripper. I have two jack the rippers. I grow on in soil and the other in coco coir. To read more about this go to this thread.

Jack the Ripper has been described as the best eight-week Haze ever produced.
The plant requires a long vegetative period. It pretty much stops active calyx growth early and begins producing resin instead. (Resin production is evident from Day 12 in the 12/12 light cycle, but really starts fattening up the heads around Day 50 or so.) The leaves curl in on themselves due to the copious amounts of resin.
The triangle-shaped spear buds have a woody taste, almost like cedar and pine, and a pronounced lemon-mango smell. The high - a creeper at first - is ultimately strong and thought provoking.
