Strain observations! Reports and a few questions....

Due to something beyond our control, we had to move several plants indoors to flower. Then they were all cloned so we could grow them out properly and pick the best 2 or 3 to grow, then we flowered them. We look for vigor, yield, and potency. Here is what we are thinking at this time:

Bubba Kush (GH) very nice, hard ball-shaped buds, smells like earth, powerful narcotic stone. Keeper

King's Kush - this one seems to grow MUCH smaller than Bubba. Probably not a keeper. Anyone else find this to be a small yielder- or maybe we just got a bad one?

Cheese - love the smell, taste, and high. BUT again, tiny cola, low yield. Not ready to give up on it yet, however.

White Widow (Pyramid) - OK, this one could grow in pebbles and dirt and still do great. Grows like crazy, decent single bud yield. Good for SOG. Keeper.

Super Lemon Haze - Wow, tastes like lemons, uplifting high, decent yields. Keeper for the long run, for sure.

Pineapple Express - Yea, lots of haters- but I think if you grew it, you would LOVE it. HUGE colas, huge yields, nice balanced high. Keeper!

Strawberry Cough - Don't like this one. Yield was great for a sativa, but takes FOREVER to finish. Doesn't smell or taste like much of anything. Already culled from the Mom room, sorry.

LSD - haven't tasted it yet, but the mom grew so fast and strong that we cloned her and now have 20 cuts in the tray.

OG #18 - Same thing. Haven't tried it, but it is growing nicely with 8 clones in the tray.

So, keeping in mind our goals (yield, potency, finish time) do you think Cheese and Kings Kush should go? Has anyone had better results with these?

Also, what do you guys think our next grow should be from the seed bank we currently have?

We also don't veg. Let them stay in the EZ Cloner for an extra week, that's about it. One tray has 12 plants and a 1000 w HPS. The other holds 30 and has 2 400 w HPS.

No, we have those seed strains. I only commented on what we have grown or are growing. I wanted to let people know what we thought of those strains, while gathering info on The Church, Kings Kush, and that list of seeds.

Unbelievably good smoke. Some of the best Ive had in 20+ years of smoking. Completely distinct smell and taste, like no other pot Ive ever smoked or grown. You will not be disappointed.

AK47 and sensi star get my vote. 15 year old strains aren't still around today because they suck .

What are the 15 yo strains? Those 2 are sativas, no?

The Ak47 and sensi star are older strain and are still around because they're good. Info on them can be found here: http://en.seedfinder.eu/

Oh, OK- I get it sorry about that. I do see what you mean. Yea, everyone knows AK47 and Sensi I guess, too. Kinda like Widow... it will never go way, hehe. And sharksbreath is going to be coming first, I think- or maybe all 3. Don't like to have to many mothers, that's why we cull the average plants...
