Strain recommendations

I couldn't remember if tangerine dream was barney's or greenhouse but have heard bad things about both. You see that I'm looking for TGA genetics now ;)

Also looking for regular seeds if I pick up a nl pack as well, no more fem seeds for me.

Couple more days until Thanksgiving

the review for the void 2 that bkgmitts did on breedbay makes me think that the void could be a start for me based on effects as well

I'm not advocating for barneys or any other seed company period, but all breeders have their good strains and their bad ones as well, I did a barneys farm grow my last go round and it all turned out great, however I am now growing TGA beans and I gotta say I'm much happier looking at what I will be getting to chop down in a couple weeks versus what I had from my last grow.

I popped 5 of TGA's the void this time (as well as a few other strains), 1 was male, 2 are querkle dom, 1 is apollo dom., so much so the only reason I can tell it apart from my querkle is the name tag, and the other looks like a mix, so what I'm saying is, pop 5 TGA beans and you'll more than likely find what you're looking for in regards to that strain.

Yeah its on my list of interest still, but not until I have enough money to buy a batch to find a keeper. They're all fem seeds though aren't they?

That's a great ratio. I'm just afraid that I'd get 4-5 males if I got a 5 pack. How far into the grow are you? I'm jealous, I'm still months out from a harvest

I thought the same thing until I popped my first pack and grew them out and sexed them, I swore I was getting more males than females because my grow room was warmer. I even popped a couple more beans because I was worried about not getting enough females...wrong move....or right move...however you look at it..

As far as where I am at with this grow, I am pushing into week 7, next sunday I plan to start flushing the jillybean and the void, a few days later I'll start flushing querkle and chernobyl. Hopefully my timing is right....

As long as you had room and ample light it sounds like the right move to me. Did you take clones of your plants? I'd love to read a smoke report of the void phenotypes. I really want to fill the void in my cab with the void. If it can do what I need I'm going to grab it. Otherwise might be better off with cheaper seeds targeting what I want for now and hope to get tga later.

Hopefully one of tga can chime in.

Plan to start making my own bokashi mix today, slowly on the road to composting and organic gardening

antidepressant/anti anxiety = Dutch Passion Strawberry Cough.

Nighttime/go to sleep stuff: Master Kush, California Hashplant (Dinafem), Black Domina (expensive from Sensi seeds), sensi star, etc.

Ive grown Master Kush before and its 100% indica. It definitely makes you sleepy.

im currently growing strawberry cough and sensi star. both have been an absolute pleasure to grow and ive never grown CA hashplant (got it as a freebie that didnt pop but ive grown lots of dinafem gear and its all been A+ stuff) and ive never had black domina but its some pretty hard hitting stuff from what my friends have said.

anyone heard of apollo 11? n what taste or smell or yield it has??? cant find info anywhere
I've heard of it, though TGA's work is around the Apollo 13 strain.

Subcool doesn't have a kush. I'm not sure what the lineage for "kush" is. I hear a lot of places throw kush on the end of what ever they have to sell it (dealers, not breeders).

I hear black domina is great for sleep and sensei star and I think black russian all bred from it.

The thing about cheaper seeds, is your getting just that, cheaper less stable work, also you can always hit up the single seed pick n' mix thing on attitude, no need to buy a bunch unless you want to. I prefer getting 5 and 10 packs just because you can get it packaged in the original breeders packaging and its never been tampered with by anyone that wasnt supposed to touch them, however I will say I've had good luck with buying single seeds (never buy just 1 of a reg seed fyi) from attitude and you could always do that, just be sure when you are germinate, to do it right and take no chances.

I cant say the void, any of the 4 I have are picky or hard to grow at all so far. Trying to think out of the strains I grew this time which was the easiest and I cant pick one, chernobyl gave me a bit of a hard time but that was my fault.

I did take clones but in some cases I couldnt get more than 1 when I took them to sex them, so I dont have cuttings of all of them, of course the best looking ones so far (chernobyl, the void #2) I didnt get cuts of..... coincidentally they were the worst looking ones when the time to take cuts was there, figures...... but I did take cuts of most of them, however I plan to just grow those cuttings out for my next grow after some veg time as I have to shut my grow down for the summer so I wont be saving any of them permanently, I'll just start with some new stuff next year.

It figures that's how it would go doesn't it?

Even with fem seeds I wouldn't get less than 5 seeds unless it was a true breeding ibl. I learned my lesson on that. More the better bc of phenotype differences.

Getting cheaper seeds for now would only me access to 2 different meds to cover my needs immediately instead of being limited to treating half my issues. I can come back and get tga gear i want later

Medicine Man aka. white rhino. is probably my favorite strain of all time. easy to grow, big yield, and very good buds.

@Voidling. cheap seeds can work out just like expensive seeds, sometimes better. its nice to get practice, and a good method down before spending lots on seeds.
you still deciding on strains?

laxfix - that's partly what I was thinking and why I have bagseed in my cab. two weeks into 12/12 and still waiting to see sex. Tiny things, just want to see if I have any females to clone.

I'm still looking for recommendations.

White Rhino I heard was strong pain relief, I assumed highly couch lock too. How do you find it effects you ?

Ive grown 18 female, from seed, MNS medicine man over last few years, and most are couch lock high for most users. generally, it has a high CBD content.

Note: I am a heavy smoker. mostly cause i feel like dying without it...thank you vaporizer (cant eat medibles much)...
This is my experience: smoked in the smallest amounts (like a few hits), it has excellent pain relief, and not too much couch lock high(i find my self cleaning alot and doing dishes). I attribute this to the brazilian sativa. Else, its a very nice couch lock high. Superb indica plant.

What I use for: extreme pain relief, nausea, eating disorder, spasms, great for mind and muscle relaxing, anxiety, depression, sleeping.

I definitely want a vaporizer. Thanks for that report. That's for the white rhino? That sounds like a great choice.
