Seedman description online they’re pineapple express#2 by G13 labs. I thought the same myself but have been told different so wanted to check with you guys :)
Maybe G13's #2 (their cut) is done that quickly. But in seed form I highly doubt every pheno would be that quick. Not to mention 45-50 days seems unlikely for any strain.

Breeder descriptions are not always helpful, nor forthcoming. I prefer breeders to give a 2 week spread of flower times (e.g. "8-9 weeks") since harvest times will depend on several factors from personal preference to the sexual maturity of the plant when flowering was initiated, and more.

I was thinking it was quite unrealistic for a flowering time seems a bit too short usually used to the minimum being 55/60 days, was planning to take them down this weekend but not sure now as I don’t want it to effect my yield and the finished buzz off the flower

Will it effect yield if I take them down now? I don’t want to risk losing out if it’s as simple as leaving it and extra week or two
Yes, it will effect yield. Those plants haven't had their final swell/push toward the finish line yet. They are still covered with fresh white pistils.

Plants cannot read breeder claims, throw out your calendar. Plants need weeks yet but looking good.
Okay thank you I’ve been keeping an eye on the trichomes waiting for them to turn cloudy as I’ve seen that it’s a good way to check maturity, would you advise going by this also?

Yes, it will effect yield, smell, taste and potency. You would really be wasting all your hard work. Let them finish and your patience will be rewarded.

Yes, trichomes are the final check for me but visually your plants are not ready to start checking trichomes. The pistils are still white and reaching out. When they stop reaching out it is time to start checking trichomes.

No problem. Plants do a big swell their last 2 weeks and yours are not there yet. When you cut early you get fluffy buds that have underdeveloped THC and terpenes. You end up with that hay smelling harsh fluffy bud. It's kind of like eating a banana before it is ripe. Sure it looks like a banana but it tastes like crap because it has not ripened. Your pot is the same, it has to ripen or you are cheating yourself. Good luck and if you grow partner won't wait make sure they leave your half alone. Than you can go back to them in a few weeks and show them what their weed could have been like if they were more patient. Good luck.
