Strain that is medium (medium-low) THC?

Figuring out what to grow, and I don't want a super high octane THC strain, nothing in the 20s. I want something that is medium, 10-15% that has good CBD production and has a good mix of tasty terpenes. I like the lemony and piney ones. What's the best stuff you've had that wasn't that high octane shit? I could go either indica or sativa but would prefer indica just because it will be easier to train to grow small.

Was thinking sour diesel, sfv og, perhaps northern lights. I dunno. Thoughts?

Recommendations for specific breeder genetics?

Cbd 1 to 1 strains are a good start if your after a bit of high but are sensitive to thc i like mine stronger personally but they can still be nice too all the strains you mentioned can be 20 or 20+ thc easily grown out right

Thanks, I'll look into the 1:1 strains. Medical Mass was one that I was looking at yesterday. That looks to be what Im looking for, but will continue the hunt as well. Would love to get some breeder names to look through if anyone has any suggestions.

Idk if it was seedsman or cbd crew best cbd 1 to 1 i tried was sour widow tasted good still gets you high just its not super potent i will say the cbd makes it more giggly and chilled tho but while it isnt on the same level as a stronger strain it still wasnt a bad smoke

When I was younger I liked the super strong stuff. Now that I've...matured, I'm just not into it. It gives me racing thoughts and makes me anxious which I don't particularly enjoy now. Thanks for your suggestions, I'll see what might be the best bang for the buck.

This thread might help. I've seen some other 1:1 recently. (at i49) ..It's getting tough to stay on top of what's out there. Good luck!

one skunk no 1 i got from europe feels weakish but i still like it. was grew only 1 plant. could have been my recipe got screwed up but i don't think so. its a goto when I want something but don't want to lose functionality, like in public. i'll be like i don't think it's working but then something i notice oh yeah there it is. Not lemon or pine though, and i don't think cbd. probably more sativa. smells of garlic and rubber. kind of a 1 note high.

didn't see the first time you said northern lights. I found NL nice mellow and easy to take but isn't it pretty strong?

If u like reg seeds and a lil change you could try kwik seeds they got loads of old school landrace and heirlooms plenty contain cbd might be worth a look if you after something nice different and less potent dont get me wrong obviously some plants will be potent but landraces like the afghani strains or Lebanese etc all spit out high cbd phenos might be up your street idk

verdantgreen bubba s1, peak NL, anything from DJ Short, dinafem california hashplant, world of seeds mazar kush, any oldschool dutch indicas, like homegrown fantaseeds master kush or white label afghan kush. those are not exactly lemony and piney though, but definitely not breaking 20+ thc mark

Many you just said can break the 20 mark tho especially if you hunted for the higher thc phenos but i will say thc aint all of it with potency its a sketchy guide in reality cos the terps and other things effect the high theres some strains that may be lower thc that would still hit like fuck due to high thcv and other cannabinoids and terpenes etc

I haven't grown in yet but Dutch Passion has a Durban Poisson the is available in reg and fem seeds that on has a reported 5 - 10% THC, a strong anise flavor, flowers in only 8wks and offers a clear uplifting high. Its on my short list of strains to grow right behind 200 other things I'd like to grow.

Dance World by Royal Queen Seeds.
Roughly 10% THC and 10% CBD from seed.
Very relaxing, yet upbeat, and helps melt away inflammation, and spasms.
I just purchased another pack so I can rediscover my keeper from a few years ago.
