Any good suggestions OGEvil?
I wouldn't mind trying out some High cbd lines to see what the effects are for me. Might be going medical depending what my head doctor says next week, I refuse to take anymore pharma drugs for it, as they have landed me in the hospital for surgery once already.
I've been smoking for about 15 years, I enjoy the high aspect but sometimes it's too much to go out super stoned while having bad anxiety days. I think the high potency strains kind of counteracts the anti anxiety aspects when you smoke past a certain point. The biggest bit for me is smoke in moderation, wait for effects, then smoke more or not. Smoking too much can lead to me being self conscious and leaves me wondering if everyone around me knows how ridiculously high I am which leads to more anxiety. Of course strains have an effect on this too, there's quite a few strains out there, like a nice bubba/hindu kush, that leaves me in a state of "no fucks given" which is one of the nicest feelings to me personally. To 100% not have to worry about anxiety makes dealing with it a lot easier, half the battle to me at least is wondering when the next attack is going to come.
A proper dose is just as key as the strain IMO, it can go bad both ways.
Northern Lights#5 Bcsc.....if you can get them to germinate, it is the most calming, good feeling herb around! Not regular NL or NL #1, more paranoid inducing.
im sorry but non of those strains look like kalimist which is suppose to be one of the most sativa strains you can get Ive been growing it for over 10 years now and those are mostly indica domsView attachment 3242277 Sagarmathas -Western Winds (Kali Mist) in foreground, and FMS- Lemon Kush in the back. Only 4 plants occupy this space
The seeds are "western winds " (kali mist) from Sagarmatha seeds. You can easily see the plant in the left foreground which displays classic, long and narrow leaves. It looks very much like a sativa to me. Yeah, 90% sativa, according to Sagarmatha seeds. One of my plants is foxtailing and looking just like the pic on Sagarmatha's site. Feel free to look up more info on western winds and educate yourself about this strain. Most people can easily spot a sativa in a garden full of indicas. Apparently, there are exceptionsim sorry but non of those strains look like kalimist which is suppose to be one of the most sativa strains you can get Ive been growing it for over 10 years now and those are mostly indica doms
interesting, i have seen some info that put thc-v in the anxiety producing categorytheres new research that is suggesting that strains with high thc-v help bloc out anxiety all together by limiting the connections made in the brain for the flight or fight response effect. now one of the higher strains is Durban poison but only if it is growin out to its full potential which a lot of people don't do check it under a bud scope to see the amount amber in the heads
This is interesting. Have a link? Durban is pretty well known for being anxiety inducing. THC-V tends to be higher in plants grown outdoors as well from what I've read, but the sources for that info are meh at best. No studies or anything.theres new research that is suggesting that strains with high thc-v help bloc out anxiety all together by limiting the connections made in the brain for the flight or fight response effect. now one of the higher strains is Durban poison but only if it is growin out to its full potential which a lot of people don't do check it under a bud scope to see the amount amber in the heads
