Strange Deficiency or Nutrient Burn?

Hello all long time browser finally needed to make an account and get some help..

I have been growing for 5 years and I have never seen this deficiency or type of nutrient burn before

It is on just one of my plants, the strain is a Haze, outdoor grow, roots organic soil, with a roots buddha grow and cal+mag nutrient program alternating between water days.

VEG stage a little over month old

Everything I have found online is leaning towards a cal/mag deficiency, which is surprising because I am giving her a good amount of that. If this is the case I will proceed with some cal/mag foliar feed. IMG_5953.jpg IMG_0062.jpg IMG_6106.jpg
Please shine some light on my problem so I can heal her back to full health.

Are you doing any spraying for bug control or mildew? Sort of looks like a spray based burn where excess spray pooled on the edges and caught some sun.

Potassium Deficiency

Problem: Older leaves turn yellow then start getting dark, scorched lesions around the edges of the leaves. Plants may stretch and stems may become weak. The symptoms are very similar to an iron deficiency except the tips of the leaves curl as the edges burn and die. The last picture below has some more information about the potassium requirements of your marijuana plant.

Solution: Potassium isn't absorbed properly when there is too much calcium or nitrogen in the system. Check the pH of your water, and flush your whole system with water that contains half the normal amount of nutrients and see if your plant starts showing signs of improvement.

Leaf Color:
Edges Appear Brown or Burnt
Pale Color Leaves
Yellow Leaves - Lower, older leaves
Brown or Dark Spots
Leaf Symptoms:
Lower Leaves / Older Growth Affected
Leaf Edges Appear Burnt
Leaf Tips Appear Burnt
Leaf Tips Die
Spots
Old Leaves Dropping Off
Slow Growth
Twisted Growth
Abnormal Growth
Leaves Curl Under
Leaves Curl Upwards
Plant Symptoms:
Old Leaves Dropping Off
Slow Growth
Twisted Growth
Leaves Curl Under
Leaves Curl Upwards
Stretch (big spaces between nodes)
Too Tall

No spraying for bug/mildew on this plant although I did receive some clones from a friends garden that had mildew on them which i cleaned up with baking soda and water. Some of the baking soda mist could have potentially got on this plant not sure if that would be enough to cause a burn.
It looks like early stages of potassium deficiency, or it got locked out somehow idk...
