strange disease

my plant ha ssome strange disease


my plANT has some strang disease where the lower bottom leaves shrivel and turn brown and the top leaves are light green and 1 plant has a greyish yellow forming on the tip..

they are only 2 weeks old in organic soil..could be over fert bcus i used indoor potting soil.?

You shouldnt nute a plant only 2 weeks old.
Are you using MG soil that has extended release nutes?
If so, it's no disease, it's nute burn.
