strange stretching

400w mh 20/4 light cycle
Autoflower AK-49
Generic Soil with VERY LITTLE slow release fert in it (.13-.04-.09)
3 gallon containers using cup method
Temps never raise above 79f
Ballast set on 75% power going 100% next week

First auto grow and first grow using hps lighting, the plant in question is obvious in the pic, but whats not obvious is why the heck it stretched while the others have grown normally. The plant in question is exactly 3 weeks from breaking soil and is growing very fast. The stretching seems to have slowed. The light has never been farther than 15 inches away (currently 11"). The temps are fine. Just cant figure out why she stretched. Also I know it is recommended to germ and sprout beans in soil without nutes thats why I chose some that had the least amount. Didnt think it was enough to cause problems if I created the correct complimentary feeding plan. My last grow was an outdoors MG soil which contained a bit more nutes than my current soil and my grow went VERY well with no nute burn. This go around is a bit different...2 of my Autoflowers (1xAk49 1xCash crop) had their very first true leaves contract a few white bleached out spots on them which I assumed was nute burn but then sprouted 3 more sets of fan leaves with nothing, looked perfect. Then the 5th grew and are showing very light nute burn along a few leaf edges and had the tip of one leaf dry up, curl and fall off. How can such a tiny amount of nutes burn a 3 week old autoflower thats already throwin out pistils?

I don't see the nute burn, you have nice flat leaves. I'd top that tall one right now.

ive read that topping wasn't great for AF because of its short life cycle and that kind of stress is bad because of the precious energy used to regenerate
