rep points and rank are two different systems inplaced by riu
you can see a stranger with a huge rep bar
this means the "stranger" doesnt post much but has been given rep by either one very strong rep hand or by alot of people for their little helpful posts
Example is of siren she is still a stranger but her rep bar is huge
