Street lights interfering with flowering plants? am i just too hi?

also consider the usually dirty plastic cover they got, the old bulb and obstacles.
one told me a few days ago something catchey - pull out your hand. if you can see your fingers its not dark enough. or something like that, but you get the idea.

I deal with some light poisoning each year. It was subtle at the beginning, but with a couple local home invasions a couple years ago, my back fence neighbor started leaving his back porch light on.

This has affected a couple plants enough to cause them to produce fluffy, see through buds.

I intend to erect a black out screen just high enough to block this light from the affected greenhouse.

He's an outstanding neighbor(watches my back).
