The new growth is gnarly. Its that in a clear container wrapped with tape? I would get a proper container for it and check out the roots in the process. Good luck

If your roots look slimy, smell like sewage or look generally not like they are supposed to then you got the rot, put some pictures up if you can
 
Thanks for the replies. I checked the roots they seem fine to me kinda pale not slimy no weird smells. I didn't wanna check too deep because of exposure

It was transplanted 2 weeks ago, you saying I should do it again into another container? Will it go into shock?

Ok...that may be ok......anytime I've had leaves similar it was roots. Let me look around for an answer too.

Have you changed anything recently? It looks to me like the older growth looks good, but the new growth is crappy. Something changed. Water, nutes, temp, humiday, temp, bugs.....something happened. Did you change anything that you remember or meant to do?
